Vacation rentals with beach access in Vembanad Lake

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.

Lovely spacious cosy apartment very tastefully furnished. Place was very clean and kitchen had basic amenities. Walking distance to great restaurants and Ayurvedic centres. It was extremely hot in the apartment at the very end of March despite the fans. As it’s very close to the road you do hear road traffic especially later in the evening but in the bedroom it’s pretty quiet. Overall a fantastic stay. Biju the owner is very nice and runs a cute cafe and tourist centre downstairs.

This Airbnb is in an awesome location. Central to marine drive in downtown Kochi. Walking distance to the water ferry that connects you to anywhere you’d need to go in Kochi. An amazing view from the balcony. Private gated parking, spacious apartment, awesome bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to explore Kochi.

We very much enjoyed our stay here (seven weeks part holiday, part remote working). It is in a nice location on Vypin which suited our circumstances with a young child - we were close enough to the city to take day trips and also had options in and around Vypin, Fort Kochi and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well organised and as stated in the advert. Don and Albin were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see and how to get around the area which made our settling in a lot easier. We would definitely consider coming again.

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

Truly an authentic Kerala jungle/beach experience - with all that goes with such authenticity. Our party was warmly welcomed and generously cared for during the week we stayed with Abi and Minnie. We particularly enjoyed the food, lazing in the hammocks and sorties to Marari Beach.

I would definitely recommend Flemin's place for anyone who visits Allepy. Spacious for 6 people and looks the same as shown in the photos. Thank you for hosting us Flemin..!!
