This is one of the best Airbnb properties I have stayed in. The view is amazing, and the constant breeze is soothing. It has a wonderful terrace with an awesome view of the temple pond. The property has everything that was promised. What stood out to me the most was the super-responsive and proactive host. Veena and her father took care of all our needs and suggested great places to eat and visit based on our preferences. We felt right at home. We even cooked us a meal, and the kitchen had all the required utensils and other items. The property is within walking distance to the Padmanabhaswamy Temple and is perfect for an early morning darshan. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the temple or Trivandrum.

Keat's place was a perfect home away from home. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The serene fish tank added a calming touch to the ambiance. The spacious parking space was a major plus. The host and his parents were very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

I stayed for a week, and this has been one of my very top Airbnb experiences. This listing is perfectly suitable for women traveling alone for work trips or small families too. All the amenities are provided and the view from the window is serene. Easy to access, you'll get food delivered easily via Zomato right at the door. Terry sir also arranged for breakfast items kept in fridge because I specifically asked about milk etc before my arrival. He even refused to take payment for the items stocked in fridge and what he provided lasted for the whole stay. He is extremely sincere person, and very considerate too. The house is all to yourself, which is a peaceful experience in itself. We get ola or uber easily at the entry of the apartment complex easily. The wifi connection was very good and I could attend meetings online easily. location is very near to KIMS hospital. Overall this is perfect place for work trips and it's easily accessible by taxi or auto. I recommend wholeheartedly!

It’s a beautiful place to stay if especially if you go with kids. The house was clean and well maintained. It is sort of a peaceful retreat from our daily busy lives.

The place was exceptionally clean and modern, making it a comfortable stay for me and my family. Its location is a big plus, with many great restaurants nearby that you can easily order from via Swiggy or Zomato. I stayed with my family at this property for a day. The owner was very responsive before and after booking. We went through a seamless check-in and check-out process. Throughout our stay, the owner was proactive in seeking feedback and offering suggestions about local cuisines and travel recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and located in peaceful surroundings. I do recommend this place for families.
