I had a pleasant stay at Casa Alta hosted by Alex. Dhana was always there to answer queries and help us. This place was well maintained and felt like home. Peaceful stay is what I expected and I was completely satisfied. I would definitely look forward to stay here again in future visits. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in central Puducherry last week. The location is unbeatable, with every major tourist attraction just a short distance away. The property was impeccably clean, and all necessary amenities were provided, making the stay extremely comfortable. The host, Dipen, was outstanding—he stayed in touch over the phone both before check-in and throughout the stay. He is very polite, approachable, and always ready to assist. The caretaker, Jacqueline Akka, deserves special mention for her kindness and promptness. She was always just a call away and extremely helpful, ensuring that we felt at home. During the last two days of our stay, there was a cyclone, and both Dipen and Jacqueline Akka went out of their way to provide any help or support we needed, which truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Puducherry. Highly recommended!

We were greeted warmly by our host and two sons. They are friendly helpful people who gave us clear instructions about the apartment. We felt at home immediately. The apartment has everything you need, including thoughtful extras like milk, bread and biscuits, and is spotlessly clean. There is a garage available for parking your vehicle. It’s a twenty minute walk to White Town, but tuk-tuk and Uber are readily available. We cannot express how thankful we are to our host who did everything possible to ensure we had a good stay. We were in Puducherry for the worst cyclone in 30 years and our hosts came round to check we were ok and allowed us to extend our stay until it was safe to travel. We will definitely be stay here again.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood in White Town and at a walkable distance to vibrant cafes and beach. The home had a lovely mix of French colonial charm and modern amenities, which truly captured the spirit of Pondicherry. The host, Dess was incredibly hospitable, providing clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that made exploring the city even better. The space itself was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re visiting Pondicherry and want a peaceful yet central place to stay, I’d highly recommend Le Jardin Suffren -Loft.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! It’s a short distance from Rock Beach, with a beautiful terrace view. Swiggy and Zomato deliveries were seamless. The host was very helpful, sharing contacts for vehicle rentals and must-visit spots. Perfect for a hassle-free Puducherry trip!

This Airbnb is located at wonderful Location and we loved our time here. There are Pros and few cons about this Airbnb: Pros: 1. Fantastic Location, 2. Well Maintained Apartment 3. Had all basic facilities 4. Lot of excellent Cafes nearby. 4. Beach Facing Apartment Cons: 1. Host requested us not to open the doors, so we could not enjoy the breeze while sitting inside the facility. 2. The Curtains had stains and it could have been taken care. 3. Pillows were not good, its too flat, Airbnb of this range could have placed better pillows. 4. Internet Speed was not good, it's below Average. 5. RO Water facility was not available. Overall its a good place to visit.
