The house is located along the Via Appia Vecchia, between Genzano and Lanuvio on the side of a hill from which you can see the sea. The villa is spread over two floors, the upper one dedicated to the sleeping area, the lower one to the living area. The house underwent a conservative restoration in 2023 by the architect Giorgio Massaccesi.
