Giordano was a super nice host! He was always available for questions. The property offers all the necessary amenities for a stay and is well located.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

Everything was perfect - spotless, light and soacious on the 3rd floor with a lift. Annalisa was very welcoming. Easy scenic walk into town to heaps of restaurants. Easy to park on street nearby

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Very beautiful place, spacious, great for family, great location, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, Paolo the host was helpful, and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The arrangement was very easy, Vittorio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. He is very sweet and incredibly helpful. The three of you had a lot of space in the apartment and it was very nicely furnished. Especially the private terrace is huge and really pretty! Vittorio is a great host and I would come back anytime!

Mairi's Pink House is a delight! Everything you could want, a complete home from home. The standard of the whole house is excellent, extremely well fitted out and extremely comfortable in all aspects. Lots to do and see, very close to Sulmona. One of the best Airbnb that we've stayed in, would love to return in the future, thank you Mairi x

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Really nice house, it turned out to be perfect for our group. Very well-kept rustic mountain style, with everything you need to take advantage of the spaces; we enjoyed in particular the garden equipped thanks to the very pleasant temperatures on the days we stayed, beautiful view, privacy and peace. The location is excellent to reach with little effort the many places to visit nearby, from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio, to Campo Imperatore, as well as the L'Aquila. Luigi and Antonia are hosts who are attentive to details, super helpful and very quick to respond to every need, they also directed us well for excellent arrosticini, cooked at the barbecue in the garden. STRACONSIGLIATO!

I chose this apartment to have my parents and my aunts stay and they really enjoyed it! Spaces are well organized and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and even more! Reserved parking space in front of the entrance. A nice view from the terraces of the living room and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The historic center is beautiful during the day, charming at night. You can quickly reach the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena etc.) but also the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady responds to messages immediately

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Marco has a very nice, clean and comfortable space. His outdoor back porch was our favorite place! His town is very quiet and peaceful and we had so much fun playing in the Tocco pickleball tournament. Marco is very responsive and really ensures you are pleased with your stay. We would stay here again!

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! There were three of us over a long weekend and it was perfect for this purpose. Right on the beach. The weather was nice, so we were able to swim a few laps in early May. The highlight was the view from the balcony. However, I would recommend arriving by car or renting one on site. We had a little trouble getting there by public transport. The airport is about 15 km away, but it took us over an hour. Unfortunately, without language skills, we were also unable to order a taxi, as communication was generally difficult. Overall, however, we had a nice relaxing weekend with plenty of sunshine.

I was extremely happy with 100% of the experience and will do it again and again! Excellent people, place and Vasto is an amazing place! My kind of town, my kind of people running this air BB! Thank you very much!!!!
