Our stay in Scarlino was simply perfect. The house was clean, cozy and well equipped, with stunning views that made every moment even more special. A great added value was the availability and kindness of Valentina, who not only provided us with all the useful information to reach the house easily, including the pass for the ZTL, but also solved a problem with the Wi-Fi in advance, guaranteeing us an excellent connection - a real plus for us who had to work remotely. The village of Scarlino is quiet and very pretty, perfect for those looking for relaxation, and is also in a strategic location to visit the beautiful surrounding areas. Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.
