Terry was very responsive to communications. This room and the other amenities such as exercise bike and freezer for ice was exactly what I needed for my post-op knee recovery. I will do again for my other knee next spring.

Nice house, matches description. Host was very helpful, and communicated timely with all of my unforeseen scheduling changes. Would stay here again.

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.
