Vacation rentals with beach access in Val-de-Marne

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful rooftop apartment. Franck made us feel very welcome and was extremely accommodating. The apartment is well-equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked the outdoor terrace area. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality, spacious accommodation that is convenient to everything needed for a holiday in Paris

A superb studio in a neighborhood where you are nearby (shops, metro restaurants, a person at your care and extremely friendly ..I highly recommend it!!!!!

My sister and I were at the Olympics in Paris and wanted a well-located, small but nice apartment for this time. We really enjoyed it at Fabrocio's. The area is Hipp, you have a supermarket, a few great restaurants and a mega bakery right outside the door. The connection to the public metro is also immediately around the corner! The apartment has a very cozy ambiance and absolutely reflects the Paris vibe. I will be happy to stay there again!

We stayed a week in Paris and had a great time. Belleville is just great: lots of small restaurants and bars. Shops, international people and a very lively atmosphere. We particularly liked that there are only a few tourists in Belleville and that we could reach many places on foot. Gérard's apartment was very nice and cozy. We felt very comfortable there - and thanks to the authentic atmosphere almost like real Parisians! ;))

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Very good stay at Dylan's, perfect when you're a kayaker because you're really close to the infrastructure.

The house was clean in quiet area with private driveway and closed private grounds. Good communication with the host. Great location to Disneyland, only 13 kilometers by car or 10 minutes to the train station. There you can park the car for free and take the train towards Disneyland, or to the other direction Paris. We are very satisfied!

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.
