Monthly Rentals in University Place

We had a great stay! Right when we arrived, we were greeted by a family of deer napping in the backyard. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to cook our meals throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!

Justin was an incredible hots. He was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. I feel that Justin went out of his way to be supportive during my stay and way very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was our second stay and it was just as delightful as the first time. We love the clean, spacious house, fully sticked kitchen, and serene surroundings. It's aslo within walking distance to an excellent grocery store, even though all of that is hidden from the house because of all the beautiful trees. Michael and Angela are an excellent hosts, as well. The short walk to the stream and bridge is a must-see. We'll always stay here whenever we visit Tacoma.
