Monthly Rentals in University Place

We were in town for a fitness competition and the house worked perfectly for us. Clean, cute and had everything we needed. Hopefully will be back in the summer!

Justin was an incredible hots. He was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. I feel that Justin went out of his way to be supportive during my stay and way very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

My time spent at Kayla and Brandon’s guest suite was wonderful. I was in the area for work and appreciated having a safe, clean, private, and serene place to come home to in the evenings. Kayla was very responsive and even offered to take me to the airport for a flight - she was very kind. She has the sweetest little daughter and cutest little baby boy that I had the pleasure of meeting, too. You will be so happy if you choose to rent this guest suite during your travels.

This was my first time using an air BNB and I was very impressed by the entire thing. Savannah was great as a host. she had everything clean and ready to use for when I arrived. one of the things I was stressing on was for the shower to be amazing, and it absolutely was. I don't have any complaints. she is a great host and it is a wonderful area.
