While our home is not a super private, secluded getaway, it is very conveniently located to all things PNW. Just five minutes to I-5 and HWY 16, you can get to almost anywhere in Tacoma in 15 minutes or less. The Tacoma Dome is one mile down the hill, UW Tacoma is .7 miles away, and St Joseph Medical Center is an easy .5 mile walk.

Mrs Jensen's Bakery Suite was once a neighborhood bakery in the 1920s. It has been renovated into a cozy and adorable 1920's style cottage suite with a bright, airy parlor, quaint kitchenette, private bathroom, and its own front patio with bistro table and flower boxes. It even has a roof top deck! Your stay includes great coffee, tea, welcome pastries, filtered water, cozy robes and slippers, fluffy Turkish towels, soaps and toiletries.

The Fox Den is a stand alone cabin, located in a quiet neighborhood on Fox Island. It's a 1-minute drive, or 10 minute walk to the public beach (Fox Island Sand Spit) With a little luck you may see local Orca Whales at Fox Island Sandspit or the Fox Island Fishing Pier. Dogs: Up to 1 well behaved dog, is allowed with extra pet fee of $25 per stay. There is a strict, No Barking policy from 8pm - 9am. (No Cats Please)
