Monthly Rentals in Tusa

We loved our stay at Tusa Bay. The location is amazing - two minutes to swim in the sea. The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and quiet. Great apartment in a great location. I definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for the "bella vita", quiet away from the hubbub of the cities, very close to the sea (what a view!) and at the foot of the olive orchards and the scrubland, this accommodation is a dream! The breathtaking 180-degree views of the sea and Aeolian islands, quiet nights, and awakening by birdsong, were a delight for our family. The accommodation is well equipped, a nod to the pebble shower, the spacious and very pleasant kitchen with its sea view. We were hosted very well by Carlos's mother, as well as her uncle who made some jumps (private terrace this season). The two nearby villages 4 km away make it easy to stock up (have a good coffee or eat an ice cream). The connection with the train from Pollina to Palermo is easy and fast (1h). There are quite a few small villages and towns to see nearby and nature in spring is sublime. For us, this 12-day stay in Milianni was memorable.

Many thanks to the hosts Elisa and Nino for the wonderful time we spent in the Fattoria! There are 2 apartments, one with a terrace on the ground floor where we were, and one with a balcony upstairs. The kids really enjoyed squeezing fresh oranges from the garden and eating every meal on the terrace. The free-range animals, dogs and cats, are very sweet. There is a fence with a gate if you don't like having the dogs visit. It was all very straightforward, and short distances to the sea or the town where there is everything. At night it was also very quiet, but you can hear the apartment downstairs from upstairs when it is occupied. We were lucky with very nice neighbors who also had children, so we could enjoy the place together even better.

Alexandros' apartment is highly recommended! It is right by the sea and from the balcony you can enjoy the view, or jump directly into the sea. The apartment is really practically furnished. From the room layout to the kitchen and the amenities, everything is perfectly thought out. The kitchen also contains everything you want. Microwave, orange press, fine dishes, coffee machine, large fridge, ironing board, candles, washing machine and much more... Unfortunately, we only stayed 3 nights, but for a longer stay it is a dream. Surprisingly, there are two bathrooms. The space is bigger than we thought. For two people it is very spacious and it is good for four. The whole design is very beautiful, bright, modern and harmonious. Alexandros has created a cozy and unique "home" with this place. This Airbnb and "Castel di Tusa" is worth more than just a visit. Special thanks, also, to the warm Mariella!
