Monthly Rentals in Turnagain Arm

Great place. Saw a moose as we drove up to the house. Very clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, slept like a baby! Shower was huge, I assume it was originally built as a handicapped shower to wheel in a wheelchair, though I don’t know for sure. Layout in the living room isn’t great for watching TV, but who goes on vacation to watch TV. The owners live upstairs (though the unit is completely separate and I never saw them.)This worked great for me bc I was alone and liked knowing people were nearby for safety reasons. This might not be ideal for everyone though. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Amy and Jeremy are amazing hosts! Their dog, Mary, was a true hostess with the mostest. Very communicative, friendly, gave great advice about the area. The space was well maintained, clean, and perfect for our needs. Washer and dryer was a huge plus! Location was walkable to the YMCA and a park with a ton of trails to explore. We loved talking with them whenever we could and look forward to hanging out with them the next time we are in Anchorage!

This is a lovely house, it felt like a home - very well appointed and has everything you need for daily life. Great kitchen that is very well stocked, we also enjoyed the office area in the 2nd bedroom since we both worked on the trip. The midtown location is great also, very convenient to either Girdwood or Eagle River area and easy drive to downtown and the airport. Jason is a great host who gave us recommendations for things to do in Anchorage and he has been very responsive when we contacted with questions.

Thanks for a great stay ALL summer! We rented this space for our employees for 3.5 months, and it was great. Clean, quiet cul-de-sac and extra parking. THANK YOU - we will certainly be back next summer! Cheers - The Bindlestiff Team
