We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Modern flat very close to the mini metro, nice and quiet. Lovely host, really good base for exploring the area.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

A truly relaxing stay in a really private , secluded setting with lovely views. Kate & Riccardo are amazing hosts, very proactive, knowledgeable and great people. The other reviews are spot on. If you’re seeking an authentic Tuscan countryside experience, that also comes with fantastic hosts, this is the perfect place. Easy day trips to many villages, like Pitigliano, Orvieto, & Lake Bolsena. You may also choose to just hang out all day at this magical property .

We loved the villa! A perfect place to stay with our family. The kids loved the pool and the house was clean and well equipped. Carlotta our host was extremely helpful and responsive recommending some great restaurants. We loved the little town too and would happily come back in the future.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our experience at Roberta's farmhouse was exceptional. The room is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. From the terrace in front of the room there is a wonderful view of the pool and part of the garden, but above all a magnificent sunset and the surrounding hills. Next to the room is space for dining out and barbecuing. The location is perfect because it is close to the main towns and main places to visit. Roberta is a wonderful, attentive and helpful host. I highly recommend this place even for those with children.

This was one of my greatest Airbnb experiences ever. Clara was so kind and helpful. She even drove me to meet her son and see his amazing sheepdog training farm. The room was centrally located near the main square in Cortona and is well laid out. There is an elevator which I appreciated. The town is a gem. I have visited Tuscany for over 25 years and this is the loveliest, most picturesque town of any I have seen. I will definitely be back.

Nice farm in a quiet and very convenient location to easily reach the points of interest in the area, we went around the Val D'Orcia staying here and we had a really great time, like at home. Paolo and his partner are very kind, super available and always at work to ensure the maximum order and cleanliness of the structure. Highly recommended.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. We had an amazing week long stay!! Sabrina is a fantastic host! The apartment was SO clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was very yummy and fresh! We did the dinner one night and it was so amazing! Location is great too. Easy drive to many close by towns, grocery stores, and restaurants. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers. A little too cold for the pool during our stay but our kids loved the swing set and teeter totter. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Words can’t describe how beautiful this little restored village is - if you are seeking for a tasteful arranged place where you are all by yourself, surrounded by pure nature and a few other guests (that respect your privacy) this is where you should go. Highly recommended!!

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

A truly beautiful and peaceful place! The house is a charming and spacious Tuscan villa surrounded by lovely green areas and a great pool, perfect for relaxing. It’s also an excellent base to explore nearby towns like Montepulciano, Pienza, and others in the region. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

Such a lovely place to stay, with a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you for the wine on arrival! Perfect for visiting Arrezo itself, for the antiques fair, and very easy to get to Florence and Siena from here too. The annexe was perfect for two. The gardens and pool area were lovely, beautifully kept and welcoming.
