Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Our guests also get discounted tickets to both the Tahoe Donner downhill and cross-country ski resorts. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
