Vacation rentals with a patio in Troy

The place was great - actually a lot more spacious than I had expected. Incredibly walkable location, and lots of comfortable seating. The hosts provided a lot of detailed information. The Wifi was a little tricky to figure out but manageable, and host information included some troubleshooting around that. If you don't want to pay for parking, there's ample free street parking in the blocks immediately to the north and south. One note, the bedrooms front a busy street with bright lighting. It wasn't overwhelming, but if you're particularly sensitive to light when you sleep, might be something to consider :) Outside of that, great stay, don't think you'll be disappointed.

Seriously the best Air BNB I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful decor (understatement—that study!!), amazing shower, super cozy beds and a cute backyard and porch. Everything was provided down to the smallest detail—would absolutely recommend and stay again! Super convenient location—it took me and my colleague less than 10 minutes to get to our work commitments (by car), daily. I was able to enjoy Mercury Burger after a long time away, along with 27th Letter Books, which is easily one of the best booksellers in the city in league with Source Booksellers and John King Books. Lots of care went into this accommodation. Enjoy!

I have stayed here twice when I've visited Windsor. It is a nice apartment in a great part of the city. Zachary is easy to get a hold of, and check in/check out is very straight forward. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a perfect stay! I love the vibe of the old house, I also live in a century home so it felt homey to me :) very clean as Amanda said and I felt very safe with my car parked in the back of the house with double doors which could both be locked! Will stay again when we attend another concert in Detroit 😊

Staying here was great! Spacious and comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Lovely little diamond in the D, very quick ride to our destination (LCA). It was easy and friendly to communicate with Carolyn, great host!! Would recommend 10/10

We found our Royal Oak home away from home ! Everything was EXCELLENT! Location, restaurant, and our 5 star Host!!! Will definitely be back!

Clean and uncluttered but had all the items we needed to be comfortable. We cooked and were able to do so with what was available in the unit. The building was very quiet.

Great stay with a few notes. No television OR microwave! Kitchen is not super well equipped for cooking and the neighborhood does not have walkable food or coffee, so a prolonged stay might be a little tiring if you like to prepare your own meals. The radiators are not in every room so some areas feel a little cold in the winter. Overall very kind and communicative hosts, very cute space, SUPER dog friendly, absolutely worth the price, and no major issues. Just might have a little more vintage charm than you realize :)

We had such a lovely stay. Communication, location, cleanliness, comfort -- it was a perfect spot. I was there for the Detroit half marathon and it was an excellent homebase to rest, relax and recover. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s place is perfect!! It’s an adorable little house that is comfy and cute, and decorated so nicely for the season!! The couch is big so you can relax and watch tv. The internet works great. She has a whole kitchen with everything you could need. The yard is all fenced in and looks manicured. Just off the main road, it’s convenient to everything. You can even walk to shopping and restaurants , too. This little place is a gem, and Sarah is so sweet and attentive. I’ll be back again when I visit my family nearby! I’m sure she is booking up fast.

Nice cottage walking distance from civilization. It's clean and pleasant and hosts are very nice and responsive. Just keep in mind it's a 100y old house and don't expect modern luxury. Don't get me wrong, everything is clean and cozy but it's simply an old building without the "modern" feel. It's a convenient location for my business trips and I will likely book it again when coming back to Royal Oaks.

Very restful, rejuvenating stay at Roth House! We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Everything worked, well laid out spaces, bright, fresh deco and areas to spread out if you have several people staying. Comfortable beds, sofas & chairs. Nice sized dining table! Cooked every dinner and most breakfasts/lunches for 2 weeks. Kitchen very serviceable and lots of pantry storage space. Plenty of towels & bedding options. We used laundry a few times with no issues. Lovely back deck, quiet neighborhood and tall trees glowing with autumn colors. Safe area: we walked every day in neighborhood, local parks & in town. Loved walking convenience to sprouts juicer, Japanese patisserie, post office & shops for browsing. Plenty of local restaurant options, though we ate at home most of the time. Clawson is cute with easy access to other towns, venues & major roads. Matthew was a very responsive, great host. Thank you!

one of the best Airbnb i stayed in , place was amazingly decorated, she was very responsive , was kind of nervous from outside looking in thought place was small , not at all very spacious, an equipped with everything you need , will be booking with her again great stay 👍🏾

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s clear that it’s a bit older and has a ‘lived-in’ charm, so don’t expect luxury finishes, but it’s definitely a very good value for the price. The property was exactly as described. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and highways. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Ayman was a great host. He communicated clearly and was very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in the area.
