The house was very cute and in a quite beautiful neighborhood. We stayed for a couple days for a concert in downtown Detroit. It was conveniently located about 20mins outside Detroit without being in the city. It was perfect for us and our 3 dogs. My husband even had a staring contest with two deer in the morning walking our dogs!

We had such a lovely stay. Communication, location, cleanliness, comfort -- it was a perfect spot. I was there for the Detroit half marathon and it was an excellent homebase to rest, relax and recover. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s place is perfect!! It’s an adorable little house that is comfy and cute, and decorated so nicely for the season!! The couch is big so you can relax and watch tv. The internet works great. She has a whole kitchen with everything you could need. The yard is all fenced in and looks manicured. Just off the main road, it’s convenient to everything. You can even walk to shopping and restaurants , too. This little place is a gem, and Sarah is so sweet and attentive. I’ll be back again when I visit my family nearby! I’m sure she is booking up fast.

Best rental I have stayed at by far. Birmingham is an upscale area within metro Detroit and the home did not disappoint. Super clean. High end finishes. The windows and wood work throughout the home was gorgeous. The coziness of the home made my family feel at home. I really can not say enough wonderful things about this property.

This was the best stay I’ve ever had with my dogs! You can tell this host cares about the home and your experience. Snacks and drinks at check in, big dog bed and toys ready to go in the living room, dog bowls in the kitchen and lots of amenities and helpful information. The personal touch was much appreciated by me. The house itself is beautiful inside with very comfortable beds. The location felt safe and the house/yard is fairly private. I met Phil the host in passing and not only was he very kind and flexible with me but he was very friendly with my dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house for a group of friends. The pool and garage, specifically the sauna, were fantastic amenities. We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe inside and around the house.

Clean and uncluttered but had all the items we needed to be comfortable. We cooked and were able to do so with what was available in the unit. The building was very quiet.

As you can likely see from the pictures, this place is very unique. You will definitely not get bored. Everything is clean and approachable, Greg is an excellent host who is always quick to respond and very friendly. Close to local shops/restaurants and minutes away from the US border. Check it out!

We had a fantastic stay! Loved the location- easy and cheap uber to Ford Field. Super comfortable. We loved the pub downstairs for easy drinks & food.

Solid place to stay with family - very spacious. Great bang for your buck. Air hockey table was used all weekend. I highly recommend.

The place was great - actually a lot more spacious than I had expected. Incredibly walkable location, and lots of comfortable seating. The hosts provided a lot of detailed information. The Wifi was a little tricky to figure out but manageable, and host information included some troubleshooting around that. If you don't want to pay for parking, there's ample free street parking in the blocks immediately to the north and south. One note, the bedrooms front a busy street with bright lighting. It wasn't overwhelming, but if you're particularly sensitive to light when you sleep, might be something to consider :) Outside of that, great stay, don't think you'll be disappointed.

Sam was an amazing host! His home was lovely: clean, pet friendly, organized, well decorated, and had everything you could need. Sam was amazing at communicating with us and even sent us a text to check in halfway through to inquire how our trip was going! We had nothing short of an amazing stay in a beautiful home with an excellent host.

Wonderful location, easy parking, bright/plenty of natural light, lovely/clean decor throughout, very well-equipped kitchen, welcoming kit in bathrooms, comfortable bedding, good/clear info in thoughtfully prepared welcome book, very responsive hosts. In short, I felt right at home right from the start. Also, the location was exactly what I needed, near everything, I very much hope to stay again in this location again the next time I visit Rochester.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

The house was as advertised. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a large yard and good off-street parking. Kitchen was great & had all the amenities we needed for cooking. Beds & furniture were comfy and we had plenty of towels & linens. The bathrobes were much appreciated! Overall a very comfortable stay with several stores & restaurants within a 2 mile drive.
