Vacation rentals with beach access in Tokyo Prefecture

Very nice and clean apartment. It was well furnished and organized. The host has paid a lot of attention to small details to make the space seems like home, user friendly and comfortable - examples include netflix account, sufficient closet space with hangers, space and tools to hang laundry etc. Comfortable bed and pillow too. The apt is approx 5-7 mins walk to the Heiwajima station. Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku etc are just approx 30 mins away. Easy access to airports as well. The host is very responsive, proactive and accommodating. Mitsuru-san informed us once the apt has been cleaned so that we could check in early. He also pro-actively provided us with recommendations on bakeries and activities we could do in Ota City. Very helpful host. Our stay was very comfortable and we are happy to stay here again for our future trips.

This is my third visit to Fujisawa.I have a very good impression of everything here. The host of the homestay is very friendly and has provided all the support and information you could imagine.The location is very convenient and the surrounding environment is also very safe. Very convenient location, very close to some tourist activities and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The house is very homely and the host is extremely responsive and helpful, definitely a great place to stay!

A great place to experience life in Japan even for a brief moment. Close to the train station and touristy spots but still in a quaint neighborhood. Great communication and accommodating host. Recommend.

I stayed at Yoshi's place for the last leg of my journey. I will start off by saying, if you are a tourist, this area is NOT Tokyo and it is difficult to navigate around here as most things are not in English. However, Yoshi was very patient and responsive and helped me get to where I needed to go. Once I arrived he quickly accommodated me and I got settled in. The place is very beautiful and tranquil, right by the water. In the morning, I got to witness why they call it land of the rising sun, and see one of the most beautiful sunrises. The place had everything I needed. Upon check out, Yoshi helped me navigate to the train station and was very patient with my questions. Therefore, I highly recommend staying.

Hiroki was the host during our stay. The place really did match the description and actually exceeded our expectations. Hiroki was always a generous, friendly and helpful host while also sensitively respecting our privacy. And his English is perfect which also helped! He told us this had been his grandfather’s house. He still runs a super community cafe and gift shop adjoining the house. The garden is really lovely too. And the bikes! The house was perfect for our small family reunion in Japan. Chigasaki is a lovely town, off the international tourist map but with gorgeous coastline, surfing scene, Hawaii vibes!, views of Mount Fuji and fabulous restaurants and bars. Also very well connected by train and a great local bus which stops right outside the house. Day trips to Enoshima, Kamakura, Tokyo and Hakone. Also took a weekend to visit Kyoto by bullet train. All a perfect introduction for a first (or subsequent) visit to Japan.

I didn't use the tennis court, the indoor sauna, but there was a jacuzzi pool, and I enjoyed it. I turned on a pot for meals. The fish were the first to go and it was very delicious. There were noodles and rice, so I made noodles at night and cooked in the morning.It's a good idea to bring sansho hot oil and other flavors.

A lovely spot in a quiet beach town, amazing views, stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also great, a tub and shower with a great view. Overall a great stay.

We stayed with 9 people. There was a large TV, full of amenities, and I had no inconvenience.

Used for the second time.It was a great experience, just like last time! The room is very nice, so it's good to use as a base for sightseeing, but it's also perfect for relaxing in the room and chatting as you please.It was a blissful space to lie on a nice sofa in a warm room, with a hot carpet, put my child to sleep in the Japanese-style room next door, and chat while drinking late at night.There are also lots of children's play tools. Also, I'm really grateful for the owner's warm hospitality and service.Also, they respond quickly. I asked for a boat and sea bream shabu-shabu, and it was also wonderful, luxurious, and delicious.Recommended!

The place was well cleaned and we had a very comfortable stay. It was also spacious enough for two families. The parking space in front of the house is a little small. If you are coming in a large car, you may want to consult with the owner in advance.(There is free parking nearby, so I was able to park one large car safely this time) It was a sudden contact, but you responded immediately. I enjoyed it with my friends and family. Located in Enoshima, the location is excellent for sightseeing on the island. We walked from the parking lot, but it was close, and the room inside had a cool, cool, and American vintage atmosphere as pictured. There is a microwave, a large refrigerator, glasses and dishes, and you can use a gas stove and sink with an authentic restaurant. Towels are only bath towels, and you can use shampoo and hair dryer. Fully equipped with a wifi router, I connected my smartphone to the projector and enjoyed the video. The toilet and shower were clean. There were 9 people, but the beds were separated, so I had a good rest. I want to stay again!Thank you.😊

It's a comfortable condo, and is probably great for summer time! We stayed in February, so it was quite cold, but it was a convenient location.

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

Love the location! Right in the middle of a really nice neighborhood with convenience stores and a grocery store within a walkable distance! Would love to stay here again with good weather for a few months on if I could! Maybe someday soon! 🙏🏾
