When we walked into the property we were immediately impressed by the view and interior, which had everything we needed for our time in Shimoda! We found it private and peaceful while being convenient location to access various beaches for surfing and also sightseeing spots. We found Akiko-san really kind and responsive to our needs during our stay, for which we are really grateful

Very comfortable. Good ventilation with windows with screens. Excellent bath. Good cooking facilities. Short walk from train station and to beach. A delightful apartment with a lofted sleeping room. Clean and cozy. Would return without hesitation.

We came with 5 adults and 2 cars. The location was easy to understand as pictured, and the interior was clean and stylish, so we had a very pleasant stay. There is also a convenience store and pharmacy nearby, making it convenient! I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

There was a large garden as pictured, and even a large dog could run around, and it seemed like a lot of fun.There was also a dog pool outside, and it seemed like I liked it, so I was playing with the jab. We had a very relaxing time.

I stayed for a second half of GW holidays It rained on the last day. It seemed like a walk to the sea, a walk around the neighborhood, and when I felt comfortable running around the run, my dogs were refreshed. Thank you for always providing a comfortable place. I didn't use the tennis court, the indoor sauna, but there was a jacuzzi pool, and I enjoyed it. I turned on a pot for meals. The fish were the first to go and it was very delicious. There were noodles and rice, so I made noodles at night and cooked in the morning.It's a good idea to bring sansho hot oil and other flavors.

When I entered the room first, I was impressed by the beautiful sea from the window!During my stay, I was able to spend quietly in a stylish room in the red tones of my favorite color.I took pictures and sketches while looking out the window. It was very quiet at night, so I had enough sleep.The next day it was relatively warm, so I had breakfast on the balcony.This was awesome. There was a pine forest in front of the condo and beautiful flowers were in bloom and we walked around with cameras.We had a very precious time.Thank you so much!

I used it for the first time. The place is very well organized and It was a very beautiful space. Large kitchens and fun I was able to cook. A terrace? A place like a BBQ, etc. I was very satisfied with what I was able to do. If you have a lot of access to the sauna, the temperature is It's down, but otherwise, there's no problem at all. I was able to make it right. The view is really good, so I lost track of time. I sat in a chair and fell in love with the view. It was nice to stay. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance. We stayed with 4 families and it was a very nice location.There were a lot of karaoke and toys in particular, and the kids enjoyed it.

It was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. The building was lovely, and the room was spacious and open. The staircase was gentle and L-shaped, so we felt at ease even with small children.

I stayed with my family and friends for one day. The view was good and the room was spacious, so even with a large number of people, we had a relaxing stay. It is very close to the sea, so it is a very good place to fish.(I caught a horse mackerel!) The water pressure in the shower is quite gentle, so if you're concerned about it, you may be bothered. I definitely want to use it again if I come to the area for a long vacation.
