Vacation rentals with beach access in Tokyo Prefecture

Very nice and clean apartment. It was well furnished and organized. The host has paid a lot of attention to small details to make the space seems like home, user friendly and comfortable - examples include netflix account, sufficient closet space with hangers, space and tools to hang laundry etc. Comfortable bed and pillow too. The apt is approx 5-7 mins walk to the Heiwajima station. Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku etc are just approx 30 mins away. Easy access to airports as well. The host is very responsive, proactive and accommodating. Mitsuru-san informed us once the apt has been cleaned so that we could check in early. He also pro-actively provided us with recommendations on bakeries and activities we could do in Ota City. Very helpful host. Our stay was very comfortable and we are happy to stay here again for our future trips.

This is my third visit to Fujisawa.I have a very good impression of everything here. The host of the homestay is very friendly and has provided all the support and information you could imagine.The location is very convenient and the surrounding environment is also very safe. Very convenient location, very close to some tourist activities and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The house is very homely and the host is extremely responsive and helpful, definitely a great place to stay!

Cozy and comfortable place with an amazing location. Also came with a complimentary ticket for the hot spring near the place. Host was very accommodating and kind.

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement correspondant parfaitement à la description. Logement très bien équipé proche de la gare et de la mer. Des snacks et des boissons étaient mis à disposition à notre arrivée.

I stayed at Yoshi's place for the last leg of my journey. I will start off by saying, if you are a tourist, this area is NOT Tokyo and it is difficult to navigate around here as most things are not in English. However, Yoshi was very patient and responsive and helped me get to where I needed to go. Once I arrived he quickly accommodated me and I got settled in. The place is very beautiful and tranquil, right by the water. In the morning, I got to witness why they call it land of the rising sun, and see one of the most beautiful sunrises. The place had everything I needed. Upon check out, Yoshi helped me navigate to the train station and was very patient with my questions. Therefore, I highly recommend staying.

Hiroki was the host during our stay. The place really did match the description and actually exceeded our expectations. Hiroki was always a generous, friendly and helpful host while also sensitively respecting our privacy. And his English is perfect which also helped! He told us this had been his grandfather’s house. He still runs a super community cafe and gift shop adjoining the house. The garden is really lovely too. And the bikes! The house was perfect for our small family reunion in Japan. Chigasaki is a lovely town, off the international tourist map but with gorgeous coastline, surfing scene, Hawaii vibes!, views of Mount Fuji and fabulous restaurants and bars. Also very well connected by train and a great local bus which stops right outside the house. Day trips to Enoshima, Kamakura, Tokyo and Hakone. Also took a weekend to visit Kyoto by bullet train. All a perfect introduction for a first (or subsequent) visit to Japan.

テニスコート、室内サウナ、使いませんでしたがジャグジープールあり、たのしみました。 食事は、鍋をつけました。 お魚がぶりぶりでとてもおいしかったです。 麺、ご飯がついたので、夜は麺、朝は雑炊にしました。味変に山椒辣油など持参するといいです。

Superbe maison avec une vue directe sur la plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants. Cuisine très bien équipée et environnement très calme. Arrêt de bus à proximité je recommande!

9人で泊まらせて頂きました。 大きいテレビがあり、アメニティーが充実していて、不便なく過ごすことが出来ました。

二回目の利用です。前回と同様にとても素晴らしい体験でした！ お部屋がとっても素敵なので、観光の拠点としての利用も良いですが、部屋でゆっくりくつろぎながら思い思いにおしゃべりするのにもうってつけです。暖かいお部屋で素敵なソファ、ホットカーペットに寝転がり、隣の和室に子供を寝かせて、夜遅くにお酒を飲みながらおしゃべりしている空間は至福でした。子供用の遊び道具もたくさんあります。 また、オーナーの方も暖かくいろいろな配慮やサービスをしていただいて、本当にありがたいです。また、対応もすぐにしてくださいます。 今回も舟盛りと鯛しゃぶのご用意をお願いいたしましたが、そちらも素晴らしく豪華でおいしく感動的でした。おすすめです！

お掃除が行き届いており、とても快適に過ごす事ができました。 2家族で過ごすにも十分な広さでした。 目の前の駐車場スペースが少し狭いので もしも大きい車でいらっしゃる方は事前にオーナー様とご相談されるほうがいいかもしれません。(近くに無料駐車場があるので今回は大きい車1台は無事そちらに停める事ができました) 急な連絡でしたが、すぐにご回答いただけました。 どうもありがとうございました。

友人家族と楽しませていただきました。 江の島の中にあって立地が島内観光に最高です。 駐車場から歩きますが近かったですし、中のお部屋は写真の通りクールでかっこよくアメリカンヴィンテージな雰囲気でした。 電子レンジや大きな冷凍冷蔵庫があり、コップや食器類も揃っていて、本格的な飲食店仕様のガスコンロやシンクが使えます。 タオルはバスタオルのみで、シャンプー類やドライヤーが使えます。 Wi-Fiルーター完備でプロジェクターにスマホを繋いで映像を楽しみました。 トイレやシャワーは清潔感ありました。 9人でしたがベッドが区切られているのでぐっすり休めました。 また泊まりたいです！ありがとうございました😊

Logement impeccable. Tout y est très bien pensé pour s'y sentir bien tout de suite. Très bon emplacement, la plage direct en bas de l'immeuble et une belle vue sur la mer. Plus toutes les commodités a 5 mn en voiture. Cheryl répond rapidement a nos questions. Merci a elle.

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

Love the location! Right in the middle of a really nice neighborhood with convenience stores and a grocery store within a walkable distance! Would love to stay here again with good weather for a few months on if I could! Maybe someday soon! 🙏🏾
