Spruce Cottage is a newly built, private cottage with a comfortable size, built in a quiet location Just 70 minutes from Tokyo by Shinkansen. You can relax and enjoy the seasonal nature of Echigo-Yuzawa. It has an open dining kitchen, a raised relaxation space, and a spacious upstairs bedroom. Bedding is available for 2 single beds (2 people), 1 double futon (2 people), and 1 single futon (1 person), depending on the number of people booked. Since 5 adults would be cramped, we can only accept up to 5 people, including children (infants). There are many ski resorts within a 10-minute drive, so you can try out various ski resorts depending on the weather, snow conditions, and your mood. Recommendations from spring to fall Yuzawa Fishing Park, river play spots, Nakazato Firefly Village, etc. are very close by.
We also book BBQ grill rentals. (Optional 5,500 yen, inquiry required) It's a little bit far from the station and the city center, but It is a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and convenience store, so it is not inconvenient. * Please be sure to read other things to note before booking.

You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. (7-minute walk) Ideal for the currently popular workcation. Combined with the adjacent Ume House, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.
