Limited to one group per day, Mökki is a small cottage with a garden by a stream

Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Enjoy your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes, and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places nearby such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi. Feel free to use the entire building, which has been renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, as well as the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery and the forest where the stream flows. You can see birds, squirrels, and martens in the forest, and you can enjoy walking around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We also paid attention to the interior of the room and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". At the pavilion by the stream, you can enjoy BBQs and campfires without worrying about the weather. In the green season, it is the perfect base for hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, and golf, and in the snow season, it is also the perfect base for winter sports. We also have a celebration cake service for guests celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Please check with me in advanced.

A private rental inn in the heart of Nozawa Onsen Village Great for families

There is a shower room! Safe even with small children! You can enter whenever you want! Located in the center, you can go to the slopes, hot springs, and restaurants without a car. Recommended for families, friends, and groups as it is a private rental. We renovated a traditional house in Nozawa Onsen Village, and I think you can feel comfort and timelessness while emphasizing simplicity and functionality. The house has a drying room in the basement, a guest room on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Baths, outdoor baths, and hot spring facilities are also within walking distance. There is also a shower room in the house. There is a kitchen so you can cook, and there are many restaurants so you can enjoy delicious food. 2-minute walk to the bus stop to the slopes 5-minute walk to the nearby slopes Parking for one car is available

Enjoy the view of Lake Nojiri, with a private sauna, Anoie (あの家)

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

森の一棟貸し|Quiet cottage in the Kurohime Highlands|Nüek Kurohime

🍃 “Nüek” is a small, renovated traditional kominka house located in the Kurohime Kogen area of Nagano, available for private rental. The renovation was attended by Studio Sayapu led by Mr. Kitazawa, an artist based in Nagano. The company's craftsmen, focusing on Kitazawa's sensibilities, brought out the power of the old private house and finished it into a space that quietly embodies sophistication while making use of its charm. It is cool in summer, and in winter you can enjoy skiing and snow views.Surrounded by nature, time passes as you gently prepare yourself. It's not a place to stay at the end of a trip, but a place where the accommodation itself is the destination of the trip. Enjoy a special time that can only be had in a small, secluded inn 🏠🍃 ⸻

“Maison d’hotes KIRISI MIZU”, is a Irimoya style (traditional Japanese house, similar to Temple) that has been beautifully restored from traditional materials and passed down from my grate-grand parents generation. The entire house is done in a classic style as used to be, except for a newly built kitchen, toilet and bathroom that provide all the necessities of modern life.
