Yoji Nozawa Studio Apartment in Nozawa Onsen
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yoji Studio! Amy and the host were incredibly helpful and provided us with amazing recommendations. We stayed whilst we were snowboarding, the accommodation has the added bonus of 20% off the snow rental shop on the slopes! The place felt just like home, so close to all amenities and plentiful space, utensils in the little kitchenette. Coffee machine was great too! Lovely comfy king sized bed to rest in after a long day on the slopes! There is a washer dryer to use with complimentary detergent, also shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom! Smart TV and wifi for the nights we stayed in. Next door is the studio space with gym and yoga equipment; a stones throw away from a local (free) onsen to soak those aching muscles! All round great hosts, a great little spot, couldn’t be happier with the week we had staying here! Thank you so much for having us ☺️

Meleze for 2 guests in Madarao
Great place. The room is in a cabin that’s part of a larger resort. Super friendly staff. Clean room. No air conditioning but the temperatures in the mountain are moderate so didn’t need it.

Luxury Nagano mountain lodge with BBQ, hot tub
It was a great place to stay.Thank you so mych

Cedar House
Very nice cosy accommodation. Fully equipped and upstairs from a pizza bar which was amazing. The beds were sooo comfy.

Nozawa Gondola apartments - apartment 4
A really nice apartment, very well maintained and clean. Looks just like in the pictures. It is only a short walking distance from the Main Street with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The kitchen and dining area were great to do your own cooking. Very comfortable beds. The hosts always responded within minutes with recommendations and helpful advice. Great stay!

Charming 2nd floor Apt 5 min walk from Nagano St.
Great location , extremely responsive hosts. Has been the most spacious apartment so far for us in Japan. Easy walk to Nagano station, numerous supermarkets and restaurants. Great ramen place on same street other restaurants down the alleys. Make sure you go to Henry's, cosy little karaoke 🎤 bar, owner is a hoot and all staff (female) are so friendly and also sing along. Red Dragon Guiness pub is close by with good pub meals and if course beer 🍻. The only downside is that there is no lift and has a narrow stair case. Fortunately we were on level 2. Description should state this.

[Entire top floor corner room in apartment building] Within walking distance of Takadanobaba Station, there is also free parking
I used it as a base camp for spring skiing for 3 nights. Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort is just an hour away from Shiga Kogen. It was about an hour and 40 minutes. There are many supermarkets nearby, so you can buy food and drinks on the way home. I was able to enjoy delicious local ingredients There was also a private parking lot, which was very helpful. There was an apartment at the end of the fine arcade of Takada Station. We didn't have time to walk nearby, but there seemed to be a lot of good restaurants. The room is a corner room on the 11th floor, with the sunshine and the view is amazing. Myoko was very clean with snow.

Ski-in, ski-out 2-bedroom apartment in Nozawa
A well-equipped, comfy (if a little tight) serviced apartment. Keep in mind, it’s at the top of the town, which means a relatively long walk up-hill to get to the apartment (and then up steep, narrow steps). But if you can cope with that (incl every time you want to go in for groceries/food/etc.), it’s an awesome place to stay! We stayed mid-April and had free access to the serviced apartments’ onsen (available down the hill). We were also right next to a ski hire shop and the gondola up to the slopes for daily skiing/snowboarding. Reception was always available via message, and were really friendly and helped us out whenever we needed. The town is a little dead in the off-peak season, but it’s still a quaint, lovely place to be/stay and spend some time in the mountains.

Five Peaks Jigokudani
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and quite a large house. It was also nice that there was a yard that we could hang out in. We also love that it was only a 10 minute walk to the entrance of the snow monkey park, which made it really easy to go see them. Lots of great little restaurants within walking distance as well. Great communication from Daniel And. We will definitely recommend this day to someone trying to enjoy a smaller area outside of Nagano and next to nature.

Yuzawa Onsen Lodge House A
Close to snow field parking is very convenient in the surrounding area! Host quick to respond to messages clear and accurate instructions prior to check in It was an awesome experience!

A bungalow that can accommodate up to 12 people. Great for making memories with family and friends | BBQ/fireworks/bonfire allowed [400 ㎡ site]
I rented this for myself as a getaway in the mountains with my guitar and I was not disappointed. From start to finish this was the best Airbnb stay I've ever had. I made the mistake of going late to the town and missed all of the buses and taxis services. The host graciously at the late hour called one for me and got me out of that situation. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay. I will be staying here every single time I'm in the area.

A private forest inn A private inn in the woods
Everything was very comfortable, the sleeping comfort, amenities, etc. were all good. It was fully equipped with bedding, appliances, children's toys, etc., and I thought it was perfect for consecutive nights, even though I only stayed one night this time. The owner was also very kind and I appreciated the information. I want to stay again when I travel to Nagano. Thank you very much.

Alpen View Art Villa -Ski Myoko!
“My stay at this wasabi chalets was truly exceptional! The host was amazing, and I have to give a special shoutout to Peter Yates,Mogi the manager, who went above and beyond to assist with every single issue. He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The check-in process was seamless thanks to his support, and the place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed—comfy beds, a great kitchen, and even nice extras like fresh towels and local tips. Bunzaemon Itoigawa Private house
Thank you for repairing the ramp to the entrance.I was able to travel with my pet LOVE, and it made me feel better.Mr. Bunzaemon's place is particularly well-equipped in the kitchen, so apart from going out for lunch, we didn't eat out at all, and we bought ingredients to cook ourselves for breakfast and dinner, which was economical.7 nights and 8 days passed in no time.I hope to repeat. Thanks for your hospitality.

Laguma place house
The ski resort is right in front of you, and there is also a drying room, which is convenient and comfortable, so it will be your second time using it.There was heavy snow this year, but the road to the building was also removed, so I was relieved. Lloyd, the host, was flexible with check-in, checkout, and shopping at the supermarket, which was helpful. The kids love it.
