Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tokamachi

Completely recommended. Cozy Japanese house, calm neighborhood, and they provide complete facilities, from cooking utensils until 3 bicycles 😱👍🏻👍🏻. Very close to echigo yuzawa station, about 3 minutes walk. easy to find and basically you live in the terminal (and station) but without the crowd fuss, so you can go anywhere around yuzawa with ease (don’t forget to use the bike!) And the hosts are ssuuuupeeerrrrbbb. Swift response and clear massage from check in-out instructions and during your stay to make your stay unforgettably amazing. 體驗非常良好，木造房一進門就有木頭香，非常舒適的房子，很酷的格局，還能體驗壁爐燒材，天氣好，早上窗戶就是一幅畫，可以說，整理空間及設計，都比照片還棒！

まさに森のお家という感じでした。建物のデザインが美しく、また隅々まで清潔に整えられていて、到着してからすぐにリラックスして安心して過ごすことができました。新緑が美しく、桜も咲いていてマイナスイオンたっぷりです。部屋の大きな窓からは、目の前に広がる森を眺めることができて、朝から鳥の歌声に癒され、どの時間帯でも飽きることがありません。森を眺めながらの朝食やバーベキューは格別でした。ハンモックは子供たちのお気に入りで、気づいたらゆらゆらしながら本を読んでいました。清潔なブランケットとクッションもセットしてあり、包まりながらリラックスしていました。夏の緑が生い茂る時期や、紅葉の季節にもぜひ訪れてみたいです。フランシスコさんのお人柄も素敵で安心できました。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

너무 좋은 숙소!! 한국보다 좋은 주변환경과 일본의 느낌이 물씬나는 아기자기한 부분들이 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소는 6~7명이 사용해도 될정도로 넓고 없는게 없으며 깨끗하고 조용하고 너무 좋았습니다. 무조건 방문해보시길 추천드립니다. 특히 한국분들에게 추천드립니다. 진짜 좋은 호스트와 숙소!!

My friends and the kids all had a fantastic time. Having the BBQ grill set ready for us was incredibly helpful. It meant we didn't have to do any major shopping, so we could just focus on enjoying ourselves. To be honest, the location felt quite deep in the mountains, but thanks to the signs, we got there without getting lost! We'd love to use your space again. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Akko’s place — it was super spacious, cosy, and in a perfect location. Akko was really friendly and gave us lots of food recommendations, which helped us find some amazing local spots we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Would definitely come back!

Great location, a few minutes walk from the restaurants/bars in town & from the lower chair lift. Above the cafe is super convenient for breakfast or food. Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay, would definitely be back!

Easy and convenient! Great location and easy walk to the main street of Echoland. Huge corridor/hallway perfect for all of our luggage so it didn’t clutter the rooms. Comfortable beds and really good showers. Thanks for hosting us David, it was a great stay!

We had a great stay at Omusubi. Ryuichi, as everyone else mentioned, is such a helpful and kind host who greeted us personally. He gave us great recommendations and is always responsive when we had questions. The place is a walk away from Cortina and a few mins drive from Norikura, so convenient for skiing. The whole unit is clean and spacious, and the heating is great! The only slightly downside is that the soundproofing isn’t so great, so you’d hear sounds from the next room and outside if there is significant noise. Thankfully the area doesn’t seem to be noisy so we weren’t too affected. Overall it is still an excellent option for the Hakuba area!

Great facilities lovely host very helpful. Bus stops right outside so is easy to get to the centre.

A really nice apartment, very well maintained and clean. Looks just like in the pictures. It is only a short walking distance from the Main Street with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The kitchen and dining area were great to do your own cooking. Very comfortable beds. The hosts always responded within minutes with recommendations and helpful advice. Great stay!

Such an awesome spot to stay in Hakuba! The place itself is amazing; super clean, BIG, amazing views up the mountain and easily walkable to Happo and local restaurants. The team were awesome and communication was fantastic. Pick ups and drop offs were easy to organise and everyone was so lovely. Will 100% come and stay here again! Highly recommend.

a wonderful stay! a great location to base yourself for a stay in noza. the space was abundant for 3 families on a ski trip. close to wonderful restaurants and onsens. we would highly recommend Chris's place!

A wonderful place to stay for us as a group of family on a road trip, located in the ski resort area while feeling secluded. The surrounding is beautiful, with large living room balcony on second floor overlooking beautiful trees. The off season price was exceptionally good value, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (toilet and shower together each). The kitchen was well-equipped and we had a great time hanging in the kitchen making meals after days of just eating out. Highly recommended! I can imagine it gets booked fast during peak ski season. Would definitely love to come back :) Thank you Morino for such a great stay!

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.

ホストさんの人の温かさが素晴らしいです。 困ったことがあればすぐに対応してもらえました。 普段全国のヴィラやコテージを趣味で回ってるのですが このクオリティでこの価格は良い意味であり得ないと思ってます。 BBQを手ぶらで利用するためには+4500円 焚き木を楽しむには+2500円 掛かりますが、近くのホームセンターや持参もOKとのことです。 BBQセットは自由ですので炭などと食材を持っていけばオプション料金かからずすぐにできますね 大きな半露天風呂つきです 大人4人は入れます。キレイでした。 出来立ての宿泊施設で英語表記も完璧。 ここは近いうちに人気になりそうだと思います じゃらんや一休にも載せたら予約で埋まりそうだと思います(余計なおせっかいかもしれませんがw) 本当に素晴らしいご対応ありがとうございました

My kid and I had a great 4-night stay at the corner house. The location is perfect, peaceful yet close to restaurants, stores, and onsens. The well-stocked kitchen made meal prep a joy. It truly made our visit to Nozawaonsen extra special, a real gem!
