Dedra was a joy to meet, very friendly and helpful. Let me tell everybody what a steal this is— it’s 5 minute drive from the Delmar Loop and all the cool spots there like Blueberry Hill! And Dedra puts SO MUCH effort and time into keeping her house clean and modern. The kitchen and reading nooks are pristine, and I swear the guest room carpets are steam cleaned regularly! I stayed on a weekend and never had an issue finding street parking right beside the house. Thanks Dedra!!!

This is a lovely and convenient location in the CWE. One can see the dome of the New Cathedral from the address, and hear the church chimes, which is an iconic StL experience. The host, David, is remotely managing quite a few different stay options on this one site. There is a main house with many rooms, and a carriage house in back with two apartments above the parking lot. It is very convenient to park in the parking lot (accessed from an alleyway behind) if you will be staying in the carriage house. The check in info was confusing to me because I had been busy flying (without wifi) and driving and hadn't had a chance to read it closely before I got there and needed to leave right away for a meeting...so that was stressful but really my own fault. Just be aware that this is a complex of different airbnb sites on one property, and give yourself time to look carefully at photos and read directions at check in. We found the carriage house apt very comfortable.

We needed a clean safe place to crash for the night and wanted a TV to fall asleep to (because we're those kind of people) and that's what we got! we had trouble with the touch screen but the hosts were responsive and got us in. Not a single complaint on my end!
