Vacation rentals with an EV charger in The Bahamas

I highly recommend staying with Sue, She's an excellent host and does her best to ensure that your stay is a comfortable.

The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. TV was available via streaming services, however our Youtube TV did not work. Not an issue to me, but alittle for my sports driven husband! It's not a typical Airbnb with checkout instructions. I washed our towels (up til the morning we left) and stripped the bed which is normal for airbnb but really no instructions - not a deal breaker. Bed was comfortable. Wrap around deck was really nice and did give you a couple of ocean views. The new property going in next door did have noise but nothing that bothered us - we were on that side. Infinity pool was beautiful and had a gorgeous view! If we needed any assistance, the front desk was available to help M-F. Tamara was super responsive for anything else! Lastly, the reception area has the best scent when you walked through. I am not sure what it was but it was so pleasant! =)

My wife and I had 2 days in Nassau before a dive Safari and we wanted a place with a good price to stay at. Nancy and Russell were for sure excellent hosts, as many of the other reviews here have stated. Also their accomodation is very good, very clean and organized. And they are always available to help in whatever you may need. That being said, I would like to highlight here our experience at Nassau as a whole, so that maybe other travellers can avoid some of the problems we had. If you look at the map you may think that this accommodation is close enough to get to the downtown area walking. It is not. Actually the place where everything happens is pretty small and opposite to the accommodation. So it is a 4 to 5 km walk. And if it is not for the distance, if you really like to walk, even under the sun, I insist you shouldn't try just the same. We did it on the first day and it was not a good experience. The streets in Nassau are not made for pedestrians. There are very few sidewalks, so you have no other option but to use the roads to walk in many different moments. That was dangerous and embarrassing. Dangerous because drivers showed very little solicitude to pedestrians. Embarrassing because when they realized we were tourists they kept waving to my wife, very disrespectfully. It is really a shame to have people like that on such a beautiful island. Taxis are very expensive in Nassau (25 dollars for a 2 km ride). Forget about Uber or the like. And the public transportation...Well, there is a bus line close to the accommodation, at Soldier Road. There are barely no bus stops. but you stay on the street and wave when there is a bus coming. This should be ok, except for the fact that the buses are extremely small, always crowded and very few. On some occasions it took 20 minutes for us to get one. When it is 5pm, everything closes downtown, so you'd better go back fast, because also the bus system stops working. In a nutshell, in my opinion, if you don't have a rented car, or if you plan to go downtown very often during your stay in Nassau, I suggest you look for a place closer to the downtown area. And yeah, I know it is much more expensive, but we fastly found out there are a bunch of good reasons for that.

This was my second time staying here, and I did not regret it at all. Still a wonderful friendly host, beautiful, private surroundings, and an awesome pool. I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

I had an excellent stay and I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit the beautiful Bahamas.

Zoe’s place is just AMAZING!! Let me start by how friendly and welcoming is Zoe and her husband!! Very very nice people! Unfortunately my friend got sick on the first day but luckily we were in perfect hands with Zoe who helped us like we were her own kids!! The house is calm and has an amazing pool!! Zoe offered us rides to places but also was so kind to take us see a sunset on her favorite beach! I’ll recommend this place 100%!!! Thanks to them a million times! So grateful that God put us together!!

Beautiful condo inside and outside. It felt like a vacation spot but was also not like a huge touristy resort. Kitchen amenities were fantastic. Laundry was great to have. The days on the private beach were wonderful. Our two girls had a great time in the water and in the sand. The pool was absolute luxury. Walkable to groceries, food, and spirits. We had a great getaway here and I would recommend to anyone.

Ron's Place is definitely clean and has a lot of space. The location was definitely peaceful and accommodating for the bridal party. I will definitely recommend staying at Ron's Place. The host Ron was really responsive and helpful.

Great stay, nice views and walking distance to a few bars, restaurants. My advice is to either rent a car from Virgo or hire a private driver to hit other spots on the island. Filtered water, 2 balconies and AC in every room ✅

We had the best time celebrating my husband's 50th birthday by relaxing in Great Guyana Cay! Paul's home was perfectly located, right on the beach and steps from Nippers Beach Bar. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!
