We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Cozy little apartment with super nice bathroom, nice kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator etc. Lovely balcony overlooking the water and close to the center, and quiet conditions. Beach equipment, etc. could be borrowed - extra plus.

Everything was fine with our stay, good location and communication from the host

A very homely feeling to the house. A nice place to relax in the evening if you want to cook at home. A walk under 10 minutes to local fresh grocery shop and to the beach. A variety of restaurants within 10 minute walk. Only a 45 minute drive from Cagliari airport. The beach is peaceful with no music plus it is not too busy, especially during the week (you can have your own little section in front of the sea). Enrico was very helpful before and during the stay. Would recommend staying here!

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Very nice, well located house which is equipped with everything you need. The view and location are a dream, but a car is really recommended. Giulia was always there to help us and had good "insider tips" for not so well known, but for this reason very quiet and wonderful beaches and excellent restaurants. Check-in was flexible and easy.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We spent an incredible week at Rezearta’s house in Sardinia. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and just a short walk from a great beach, the location couldn’t have been better. From easy arrival and check-in to Rezearta’s prompt, friendly communication, everything ran smoothly. The house itself is filled with thoughtful details and high-quality touches—you can tell Rezëarta is a true professional host. The stylish décor, comfortable garden seating area, and spa zone (complete with yoga and exercise facilities) made our stay feel like a retreat. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, plus the convenience of private parking right on the property. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences. We highly recommend Rezearta’s villa to anyone looking for an incredible getaway in Sardinia.

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

The accommodation is lovingly furnished and offers everything you will need. Barbara as a host was very friendly and helpful.

We spent very nice days in the apartment. The beach was right in front of the apartment and was hardly visited at our time (end of April).

Very nice appartement, enough space for family of 4, it has all needed equipment, very clean and prepared. The view is just awesome, close to the beach and also to the town. We can highly recommend.

Leandro and his wife are definitely top hosts! This was one of the best stays ever. Really everything you could want was present in the house. We’ve got biscuits, home made jam and some fresh drinks in the fridge. The garden is very cosy and nice at night with lights. The cleanliness is unbelievable. The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

We stayed in Notteri for a week with four people in July. The house is just gorgeous. The view from the roof terrace, which is accessible via a beautiful tower (exciting for children), is beautiful. The house is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There is only one filter coffee machine, but we always take our Senseo with us anyway. Dish soap, sponge, dish towels, dishwasher with pods for the beginning - all provided. There are plenty of adapters for the electrical appliances and some board games. The courtyard is large and well shaded. Very well maintained outdoor area. Raffaelle (the 'caretaker‘) was very accessible and helped immediately. The only thing we missed was air conditioning. It got very hot in the bedrooms, but it was also very hot at 38 degrees in our time. There's mosquito repellent for every window. All in all, the house is highly recommended!

Our stay at Luca’s place in Sardinia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Luca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our flight landing late, he patiently waited to let us in around midnight, giving us a full tour of the apartment and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket filled with local wine, fresh bread, pasta, and other goodies – a perfect touch to kick off our Sardinian adventure. Throughout our stay, Luca was incredibly responsive, always replying to our messages within minutes, and even helped us navigate a few car rental issues, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for – it honestly felt like a home away from home. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille, Luca, for making our trip so special!

We spent 10 days with our two small children at Simona's place - and had a great time! + The location and the property itself are especially great with small children: in the fenced garden the children can play, there are several seats, right outside the door begins a long pine forest, behind which lies the beach and a great, well-kept playground. Our son was able to ride a great balance bike here. Especially right at the Torre, the children could swim well, here there are shallower pools, the rest of the beach is relatively steep and it quickly becomes deep. Directly opposite is a small beach bar with really good pizza and fair prices. + The cleanliness of the apartment is particularly noteworthy. The amenities are good, we cooked almost exclusively in the apartment and had everything we needed. The large bed in the bedroom is super comfortable. - The electricity is a bit peculiar.
