I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

Cozy little apartment with super nice bathroom, nice kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator etc. Lovely balcony overlooking the water and close to the center, and quiet conditions. Beach equipment, etc. could be borrowed - extra plus.

It's quite easy to get the beach. We have a good experience both at night and morning. The house is quiet. It is surrounded by the plants and play ground. We have large area to enjoy around the house and the beach.

Very practical, cozy and clean apartment in a beautiful area of Budoni. The sea is very close and beautiful and in a few minutes on foot you can reach the village where you can find everything bread, groceries, bars and restaurants, typical shops, pharmacy and much more. Claudia and Riccardo were immediately very courteous and helpful Really excellent experience TO REPEAT FOR SURE The welcome wine is very welcome

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. We were the first guests in Nonna Pia's house and we enjoyed it! It is a very cozy and beautiful Italian cottage right on the seafront. The garden is a nice place to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Right next to the house are 2 tennis courts that we have been able to use unlimited. Near the house are a huge number of beautiful bays that Sardinia is known for. Anna was a great host. Upon arrival, a surprise for Easter was provided for us. There were piles of towels on each bed and a bottle of water next to the bed. We were able to ask questions through the airbnb site and received almost immediate answers. Anna is incredibly friendly and would like you to have an unforgettable time in her holiday home. We have enjoyed it!

The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! Nice that we were escorted the last part to the apartment /house because it is beautifully located in the forest but the entrance is not so easy to find. Apartment is simple but has everything you need. we had the 1st floor with a nice outdoor terrace, Also beautiful spacious outdoor area around the house, very private and beautiful beaches nearby. Gesuina and Valeria were great hosts with whom we had good contact, always quick response. We arrived way too late due to delay and yet we were fantastically taken care of!

We had a great time at Maria's! The apartment is functional and welcoming, we felt at home! Big plus for the ground floor, very sunny during the day 😊 We got off at the wrong stop when we arrived. Maria kindly offered to pick us up, she is adorable, worried all the time that everything was going well for us and gave us great recommendations of places to visit. If you ever go to San Giovanni beach 10 minutes from the accommodation rather than to La Caletta, it is much nicer. A true paradise ✨ Thanks to Maria ❤️

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

We were received very kindly by Alessandro. Since we arrived very late, he organized something to eat for us so that we don't have to shop the next day. The next day he came by and provided us with many tips regarding shopping, excursions and the most beautiful beaches. We highly recommend the place and it.

We felt very comfortable and found everything. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, balsamic vinegar, all necessary appliances and plates and cutlery were available in variety. The toilet paper was also enough for the first few days. Clean and nicely decorated and communication with Doriana was great and the check in was easy! We expected the garden a little bigger from the pictures, but it was totally sufficient, as we were often on the beach, which is really just a stone's throw away and is really great. We found the location a little outside, you always have to drive some serpentines over the mountain for a while to be in a larger city or the larger road. Nevertheless, this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, next time we might stay a few days shorter and book a second place on the west coast to have less driving time. Editta was very friendly and the communication worked perfectly. The location of the place is perfect. I loved the view from the terrace, the mountains on the right, the sea on the left! There was parking directly in the street. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and restaurants and an ice cream parlor are also nearby. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, dear Editta! We had a wonderful week!! Simple but very nice cottage, with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. From the garden, you can walk right onto the beautiful beach!
