We loved our stay at Rosella’s place! Rosella was extremely friendly & helpful, nothing was an issue. We found the home to be unique, beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Francesco’s rental! He was incredibly friendly and helpful, going so far as to help us book a rental car to explore Sicily. The private pool was a great amenity that allowed a nice escape when the beach got busy. He even went as far as to help my wife practice her Italian skills during and after our stay. Additionally, our rental contained a pamphlet on sights to see and things to do in the area which we found very helpful.

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

Amazing location. The best in Cefalu. Too floor with an amazing wrap around balcony over looking the bay. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Our host met us personally and let us check in early. The apartment had everything we needed including giant beach towels and an umbrella. Super comfy beds, quiet and dark bedrooms, there’s nothing I’d change. If it’s available, book it in. The best.

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay as a family! Very close to all the shopping and some great restaurants, as well as a 3 minute walk to the beach. There was beach supplies and toys, chairs and umbrella to make the trip to the beach more enjoyable! The host was very responsive and even helped us with transfer from hotel to Airbnb and an early check in 😊 we would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Giuseppe was very kind, giving us a lift to the airport and then later gave our friend a lift there also for a later flight. It was a long walk to the old town, but pretty along the beach. It was a great beach to swim(being very safe with life guards) although a little crowded near the old town, but some areas had less people, giving you the best of both worlds. The views were amazing and the sun sets were incredible. Lots of beautiful, interesting places to visit. Even Etna blew for us. One of my best holidays. Thank you

Absolutely unforgettable stay! From the very first second, we felt completely at home at Terre di Bea. The property offers complete privacy and a breathtaking view of the sea - truly something special to wake up to every morning. The idyllic pool area is a highlight, perfect for relaxing while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Antonio was the perfect host - warm, helpful, and always available. Whether we needed advice on hidden beaches, restaurant reservations, or tips for local activities, he went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! it literally felt like home. Emanuele and his family went above and beyond to meet every need. Even at check in, our flight got delayed so we didn't arrive at the property till 1.30am, Emanuele still done everything possible to ensure we checked in smoothly. From local recommendations to having a fully stocked kitchen (including am amazing cake) our hosts ticked all the boxes, we barley had to lift a finger. To top it off, the villa was absolutely immaculate and with stunning pool and gardens. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay! We can't wait to come back. Love Alexandra and family.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time

Very good hospitality from Giorgio, the house as well as the exteriors are very good. The view is superb and the accommodation is very close to the beach. The two small downsides are the unheated pool (in May it's cold but in summer I don't think it should be a problem) and the accommodation is not completely private. We were not concerned for our stay because the owner was not present but the house is separated into two parts and the owners may be present during your stay. Specifying this can avoid disappointments upon check-in... On the other hand, in terms of cleanliness, amenities and location, there is nothing to say, it was perfect.

This place is perfect and just as advertised. The private terrace is all you need for coffee in the morning and/or dinner during a stunning Sicilian sunset. The location is ideal and just a very quick drive into the heart of Cefalu. You also have reserved parking which is ideal in Italy. Nicola is a fantastic host and very communicative as needed. And as others mentioned, if you feel like staying close to home and don’t want to head out, the private beach awaits you down below. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and it’s perfect for either a solo traveler or a couple. It’s not a huge place, but the terrace, views, and location make up for it. I very much look forward to coming back and if you’re considering it, go ahead and book it. You’ll be happy you did. Buon viaggio!

What a joy! We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and loved everything: Andrea's welcome who accompanied us in Sferracavallo to show us all her favorite addresses, the little touches in the kitchen (wine, coffee, biscuit, garlic, basil, etc.), the advice (restaurant, transport...), the interior decoration, the sunny terrace. We did everything by train & bus, the train station a 10-minute walk away (with airport access and Palermo center) is a great asset for traveling simply (and cheaply) in Sicily! We were so comfortable that we even extended our stay and again, Andrea was lovely and very flexible. We already dream of coming back with friends or family to enjoy all the rooms! Thank you for everything 🙏

We had a nice time in the house right on the sea. Everything was available to cook with 7 people. It was a bit difficult only with the loungers. Otherwise, everything was fine

Beautiful view of Mondello. The apartment is very nice and the terrace offers guaranteed moments of relaxation. Beach and restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes). Andréa was responsive and attentive to our requests.

This place was 10/10. We stopped in Mondello for 2 nights as we are travelling through Sicily and this location was fantastic. Walking distance to the main piazza and beach. All restaurants also within walking distance for whatever you are looking for, a cafe, cornetti or an aperitivo before dinner. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Palermo city which you can take a bus but we opted to drive, parking was ok to find but it is a busy city so may recommend taking the bus. Dario was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, also provided great recommendations in the area. Overall a fantastic experience. Grazie mille Dario!

I stayed in this apartment for about a week. Giusy was always available and responded promptly to my messages. She also took care in the days after check-in that everything was going smoothly. The apartment is small but hospitable and cozy. My girlfriend and I had a very good time. There's all the essentials for a nice vacation.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. A beautiful and clean villa with a fabulous view. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant nearby and shopping can be reached in five minutes by car. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maria Grazia is a wonderful hostess. Everything you need for a great vacation. Thanks.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream!
