Thank you for letting our larger dog stay at your rental. We enjoyed sitting on the porch even though it was raining. The surroundings were beautiful! The cabin was really well built and nicely furnished. Rebecca always responded to our questions and was so accommodating. I would recommend Rebecca to other guests.

affordable, beautiful, private, quiet, not far from lots of restaurants, the place was clean and had so many nice touches to it. the pond was beautiful and has 2 big beautiful carp koi fish. bluegill are super friendly in the pond. Jenny has cats that run around outside and they are all so chunky and sweet!! maziey was such a cutie and loved to come over and say hi to us. we ended up not using the firewood we bought for the outside fireplace so we left it as a gift for the next guest. bed was comfy and the sheets smelled so good! the newly renovated shower they put in their new bathroom is so nice and the hot water lasts forever which is awesome. we will definitely come back and stay again sometime. they definitely offer a lot to do on the property for you and your special someone. Jeff, Jenny's husband, came over and greeted me and my husband when we were fishing and was very kind. 12/10 would recommend.

The cabin and the views were exactly what we needed. Such a beautiful property. The snow overnight just added to it. The host was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We wanted to stay a night away from the house and be secluded and I saw this place and it turned out way better than expected. Such a beautiful property, quiet and peaceful! So glad we chose this place. Super cool to have the restaurant there. We also loved having no cell service…we needed a night away from the world and just relax and enjoy life without social media! Super friendly host and great staff at the bar! Killer food!! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rusty’s place ! We honestly can’t say enough about the amazing experience it was for our large family of 7 plus our two dogs. Rusty is very accommodating even down to the little details such as leaving cookies on the kitchen counter for our arrival which all our children devoured. The pound is incredible we spent all our time fishing, walking trails, kayaking and sitting by the fire making s’mores at night. The kitchen is spacious and the rooms are very comfortable. We felt right at home. We will absolutely be booking this place again. All our kids were sad to leave ! What a great experience !!

My husband and I had a very relaxing overnight! Carol's cabin is beautiful and we are already wanting to go back for a second visit. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at the Luna, and it was just as amazing as we remembered 2 years ago! This is by far our favorite weekend getaway spot and we immediately felt the peace and good energy walking in again! Immaculate cabin, everything is so clean and cozy, with so many sweet touches of accommodation to add to the experience. Best place for a restful weekend of recuperation! This was my 3rd time staying here and we had a blast as per usual! Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the location is great, everything is absolutely amazing!! 10/10 recommend this cabin for your next weekend getaway!!! Lovely cabin in a peaceful setting! Would recommend for a cozy getaway. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space for everyone, the hot tub was fabulous, and the living room was very comfortable!

This place was absolutely amazing, I did have trouble getting the shower hot enough but aside from that it was a 10/10. Beautiful views, private, well kept, and super easy to follow instructions.

I can’t say enough great things about Kenny and Ervina. We were supposed to stay here last November but my wife and myself both got covid and had to cancel the day we were supposed to arrive. Kenny and Ervina would completely understanding and let us switch our trip. Then we were able to stay this weekend. My wife was so excited when we showed up just kept saying how beautiful the place was. It was very clean and very peaceful. It was just what the wife and I needed to reconnect with each other. Mt. Vernon is about a 25 min drive and there is a nice little downtown area to walk around with different shops. We would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. We loved every bit of it.

1k characters is not enough. Before I booked Dennis texted me to make sure I had 4WD to snow. I had zero issues. This place was perfect. There is a TV. Internet was spot on I worked a lot from the house, teams calls etc no issues with service. The place was very clean, I brought my dog and she's hypoallergenic and a fear when there are other dogs possibly staying there, but no issues with allergies. If you are on the fence, should I go spend the weekend or the month like I did, do it! And when you do you will be like I am really glad that I read a positive review like this. The area was beautiful, I woke up to snow and some cold temps. Between the fireplace and propane heater when fireplace wasn't being used it was perfect temp wise inside when it was -15 outside. The deer were great. My dog wanted to play with them, but she hated the stim collar and when she would go out they would run away. lol. Just a reminder there is no oven, but there is a gas grill and stove.

Beautiful home. Very clean and welcoming. They had an assortment of beverages and some snacks available for us. We arrived after midnight in the midst of the worst winter storm they’d had in a couple of years. We woke up the next morning to find the driveway, porch, as well as our car had been cleared off! We enjoyed exploring the various restaurants and shops in the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway, this is your spot! We would definitely return!

Christi's Hideaway Cabin is the BEST place I have ever booked on airbnb.com. We've stayed several times and each and every time was absolutely great. The cabin is always spotlessly cleaned and matches the description 100%. If we're not sitting on the deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings, we are sitting by a beautiful fire in the firepit (and the firewood is provided!); and if our little fur baby isn't right there with us, she is enjoying a nice walk in the park across the street. You will NOT be DISAPPOINTED when you book your stay at this cabin!!!

Absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Joel was an excellent host. Wonderful country getaway, yet close to attractions and shopping. Extremely pet friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about Joel and his place. We will most definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Sheila was easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. We loved watching the birds and meeting Dan the dog 🐶 a perfect getaway from the city to enjoy the beautiful views and each other’s company!

We loved the cabin … very clean, cozy and comfortable. Perfect as a very quiet, peaceful getaway for my wife and me. We appreciated the close proximity to Salt Fork State Park, where we hiked each day during our stay. We especially enjoyed the super cozy loft area of the cabin and had some great views of the night sky while enjoying the outdoor fire pit.
