House vacation rentals in Sveti Filip i Jakov

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

Communication was seamless. The host was responsive, our stay was comfortable from start to finish. From the private pool to the stunning views, there is a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. You can reach the beach with a 10-15 minute walk. Overall, It was an enjoyable retreat!

This was ine if the most beautiful houses we have stayed in and the photos do not do it justice. Communication was excellent throughout and they were extremely responsive if we had any questions. The house was lovely and peaceful and we'd very much like to return in the summer

Very comfortable villa for 3 couples or a large family. Also a nice base for 8watersport)activities in the region. Important note: the tourist season runs from June to October. At the beginning of May, there was little open/active.

perfect host, perfect location .

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

It was all great as described. Very nice hosts very kind and helpful, would go again and would recommend it. A nice holiday just top the pool was the highlight. Thank you for the great time!!!

Lovely apartment. With perfect facilities. Marco was very friendly and his restaurant in Tisno is also highly recommended.

This was a very quaint place to stay! A peaceful patch of land, a cozy space with amenities, an outdoor kitchen, free cherries on arrival (which will obviously be seasonal), and a warm greeting from our keyholder. My only qualm was the GPS coordinates on the listing not matching the actual location of the cottage. We had not booked through an agency before and have given them this feedback. Be sure to reach out to your keyholder well in advance so your arrival is not delayed, like ours was. Once we got there, we were very pleased! We hope this only improves for future guests.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Antonija was very flexible with the check-in time and was very responsive. The location is close to the beach and to supermarkets and nice restaurants.

The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and well-maintained. Since the property is located in a mountain village, it is perfect for relaxing. But nevertheless there are a variety of possibilities for various activities. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host and communication was straightforward. All in all we had a nice time and would book the Airbnb again anytime!

Mile & Margit were one of the best hosts I ever had. They were incredibly accommodating and took great care of us during our stay. Mile & Margit went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and even gave us detailed insights in local spots and restaurants. Definitely recommending this airbnb to any group looking for a spacious place with scenic views.

The apartment is simply fantastically located and top modernly furnished. Everything is new. A clothesline is stretched in the back garden. The pool is not too deep and big enough to swim a few laps. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite close to the street, so you can hear a car every now and then when you are by the pool. Maybe you could plant a few hedges here. The house is so new that it is unfortunately not yet drawn on Google Maps/satellite. But due to the beautiful blue shutters it is easy to find n.

Absolutely perfect location and the house is lovely - the outside in particular is so beautiful and we felt right at home the moment we got there! Ivica was so helpful, responsive and friendly and gave us loads of great local recommendations. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Lovely, convenient apartment, walking distance from city center, matches pictures and description. Has everything you might need during your stay in Zadar. Very friendly and responsive host and also her parents. Overall great place! :)

Neatly finished and complete house. Equipped with all the comforts such as a washing machine, dishwasher and extensive kitchen equipment. The house has a terrace (no garden) and private driveway for parking your car. There is direct contact with the neighbors who walk and drive along the terrace. This is not inconvenient but good to know. Within walking distance of a beautiful and well-kept (pebble)beach on the road, with nice terrace and bar La Bocca. Supermarket around the corner has limited assortment. The center of Sukosan is 5 minutes to drive and 30 minutes to walk. From Biograd and Zadar, the islands can be reached easily by regular ferry.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We so enjoyed our time at Home Sweet Home. The outside gardens are beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and relax. We stayed for three nights wishing we had time for more. The surrounding area is a beautiful place to explore. We will return!

It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....
