Monthly Rentals in Sunnyslope

Loved the location. Near North Mountain and great hiking. Easy access to several very good casual restaurants and other areas of north Phoenix. Pool was a great benefit with 3 days in the 90's during our stay. Very nice layout for the 4 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The neighborhood is very quiet & it was very pleasant to sit outside on the small patio in the evening. All the appliances and TV worked as designed without any issues. Having off street parking and a garage was also very beneficial. It was a great experience.

We had a great long weekend at Savannah’s place. Her home is welcoming and comfortable. We didn’t end up bringing our pets but appreciated that they were welcome too! The area is convenient and walkable. Loved that we could walk to some great restaurants!

Loved my stay here. Such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood . Plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. Place itself was very clean and well maintained. Hosts were very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. Would recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix!
