This was my second time at Patrick’s place. I love its location and being able to walk to Phoenix mountains preserve. It is a very peaceful area. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen has what I need. I look forward to another stay here.

Loved Angela’s casita! It is equipped with everything you need and is even nicer than the pictures. The backyard and the pool are amazing!! Angela is very friendly, helpful, and a quick communicator. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Pictures couldn’t do this space justice. From the comfortable mattress to the seemingly handcrafted woodwork in every living area, we felt at home. We appreciate the abundance of clean towels and sheets, not to mention the coffee. The home was walking distance to daily needs and nice eateries. Would definitely stay again when in Phoenix.

This townhome was very lovely. Easy access for in and out. Felt right at home. Roberto was absolutely amazing. We needed to extend our stay and he made it so easy to do. Would definitely recommend a home away from home stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bryan’s place! It’s a beautiful oasis in Phoenix. The bed is super comfortable, it’s walkable to great restaurants and a supermarket, and very close to the airport too. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is the most magnificent property i’ve ever experienced with Air BNB! I simply couldn’t believe I was able to stay here. It’s SO much more beautiful than the photos could captured. Each morning I would set my alarm so i could watch the sunrise, the views are simply amazing. I also took short hikes leaving from this property into a local park. Great communication with Nancy. She sent a few messages checking to see if I needed anything or if she could enhance my stay. I shared I was evacuating from Asheville where the Hurricane slammed into our beloved mountain city. I invited Nancy snd Lon and my other Air BNB hosts to share a toast to the kindness and also space both families gave me during such a difficult time. This was an evening I’ll always remember. Thank you Nancy and Lon.

Great location!! Very close to lot’s of parks, restaurants, and local spots. The pictures were exactly what the space looked like. Extremely clear on all instructions. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, etc. the coffee was phenomenal. Beautiful patio. Easy parking. Very clean and comfortable bed.

Gary and Diana were wonderful hosts. The property is very quiet, clean, safe and comfortable. The pool is clean, and relaxing. There is plenty to do on the property between bbq, swim, enjoy their game room, cook, or just relax. I didn’t explore the area because I was moving my kids into GCU, which was just a few miles or so from campus. Super easy drive. We definitely hope to be a future guest here again. Perfect for my family.

We are very much on the go travelers. My favorite things to look for in a place are for it to be clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. This checks all the boxes and more. Complimentary refreshments, coffee, snacks, and pool access were very nice added touches! I consider myself a OCD cleaner, and the bathroom was remarkable. Lovely choices in tile color and super clean.

Casa de Cheryl was perfect for my weekend stay in Phoenix Arizona. My family felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and scenic. The home itself had spacious living area and a beautiful backyard. Our hosts were very communicative and contactable throughout our stay. David was kind and checked in to ensure a smooth and easy stay. There were no disappointments upon arrival and throughout our booking. I look forward to booking with them in the future.

Great home in nice neighborhood! Michiko even left me handwritten notes with lots of information (and treats for me and my pups!). Though too hot this weekend to get out and about, there are bikes in the garage and canal path across the street. Really loved this place, perfect in every way!

Place was great. Did the job. I was initially planning to have 5 guests, but I'm glad 1 of them did not end up staying, because the picture listed for for the couch has been changed and there would be no way someone can stay on the new couch as the 5th person. Other than that, place was great, AC was cold, everything was clean, and had no problems staying.

I loved staying here. It’s quiet & peaceful. The space feels bigger than the photos show. There was a lot of care and attention put into the remodel for this addition. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, and the park across the street is so nice - it’s family friendly, clean, and safe. I walked in the park every day during my stay. The location is great and it’s easy to get to other parts of the city. There are lots of grocery stores and shopping nearby. I’d definitely stay here again. Susan and Doug were friendly and responsive, I even had a very kind invite to join them for Easter lunch with their family.
