This 900 sq. ft. Casita is nestled in the foothills of the Tortolita Mts. NW of Tucson, near the main house but with its own amenities, including solar panels on the roof, tasty well water from >1,000 ft. depth, speedy reliable wi-fi and internet-enabled large-screen TV. The views from huge picture windows are gorgeous, especially to the north and west. Native plantings are of numerous indigenous and exotic cactus species, and other native bushes and trees. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

This is a cute guest house in the heart of Cochise county. We are near Tombstone, Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Benson and Kartchner caverns. The house is neat and clean. It contains all of the amenities needed for your enjoyment. Saint David is generally 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Tucson and Phoenix. We have two A/C - Heater units to keep the temperature inside at your comfort level. We now have a laundry room available. Golf clubs available to use at nearby golf courses.
