This impressive property was recently renovated, offering a brand-new interior throughout. The open floor plan features a large and inviting living space with new wood laminate flooring. Beautiful quartz countertops and new cabinets complete the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to cook while you’re on vacation. From stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) to brand new dishes, silverware, and cookware, you’ll feel right at home in your vacation kitchen. We invite you to help yourself to anything in the pantry or fridge, including plenty of condiments, coffee, and tea. The two main bathrooms have been expanded to include double vanities so you have plenty of space to get ready. The powder room has fun mosaic tile and is conveniently located right inside the door from the pool for easy access when you’re enjoying the backyard. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer so you have everything you need within reach. This house has all new furniture, including a brand new sofa sectional sleeper sofa, comfortable brand new tuft and needle mattresses in all 4 bedrooms, and smart TVs. If you need to do laundry, you’ll appreciate the LG front loading washer and dryer (and detergent) in the laundry room. Our home is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a beautiful backyard, you’ll enjoy the large swimming pool, chaise lounge chairs, a new grill, outdoor couch, umbrella, and an outdoor dining table and benches. There is a two car garage available for you to park your car or rental. Grab a new JUMP bike by UBER for nearby trails or take for a quick ride to a spring training game. Guest will have full access to the entire house. There is a two car garage which is available for upon request can be used to park your vehicle if you have rented a car. Chic, Cottage-Style House on Balboa Island

The house was renovated with all new appliances and decor, but the chic cottage feeling reminds you that you are on the charming Island of Balboa, Many of our repeat visitors are 3 generation families. the grandparents, children and grandchildren, who love their "trundle room". The sand and bay are just steps away. Bikes, SUPs, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, games, for both inside and out. We even have a baby pool to use on the patio for little ones. Also a port a crib and high chair if needed. There is a tenant in back who will share the W/D in the garage, but the rest of the property and equipment is yours. I usually meet the guests on arrival to show them around and of course to meet them. I live just a few miles away, so am available if they havr questions, The home is situated on Balboa Island, a little-known gem. Main Street, which is just 2 blocks away, has unique shops and several restaurants. The ferry to Newport Beach is just a short walk from the house. Kayak, bike, paddle board, or simply relax on the beach. Walking or biking are the easiest ways to navigate the Island! We have a garage for your use, and Fashion Island and Newport Beach are close by. Balboa is a lovely little community and some of our neighbors live there year round, so we ask our guests to respect that the houses are close by, and to bring their visiting inside at 10 on weekdays and 11 on the weekends.
