Condo vacation rentals in St. Pete Beach

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

I travel often and I stay at Airbnb’s because I cook my own food so I always need a place with a well equipped kitchen.. this had it all! Also INCREDIBLY clean! I was very comfortable here and it is a wonderful quiet community. Great beds and washer/dryer! Very convenient location. Nothing but positive things to say. Hopefully I will be back soon

Great location - very clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. Close walk to the beach and even had a couple beach chairs, beach mat and boogie board.

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was in a great community with access to a pool which we really loved. The area was quiet and private which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was clean and pristine. The location was within driving distance to everything whether it be the beach, shops, restaurants or other activities. Sydney was very responsive and communicated with me on numerous occasions. We ended up having to leave a day early and she even refunded me a day when she didn’t have to. Between the location, the condo itself and the owner, I would highly recommend this location and know you will enjoy a peaceful getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was just what we expected from the pictures, but even closer to the water than expected. It's a very short beach walk up to the water....easy to go and back forth for drinks, snacks, restroom, etc. The beach felt like a private beach on the week days...there were not many others out except on the weekend days. Several restaurants are within walking distance, we chose to drive most of the time....it was nice to take a drive around the bay areas. The interior was just what we expected from the pictures, maybe a little tight in the bedrooms, but not much time was spent in there besides sleeping. There is also a closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool looked nice and was being used most of the time we were there, we preferred the beach. Several families used the grill in the pool area to cook and eat around the pool, which seemed like a good idea. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a beach vacation!

I had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10 definitely do recommend. But if you and your partner having a anniversary this is not for you. They want you to be quite at 10pm. Pool closes at 8 so keep that in mind if you like swimming when the sun starts going down. But other then that everything was good. Very nice vibe.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Loulia was very quick with her responses. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating with where we could keep our bags while we wait for our flights! We would definitely stay there again!

The stay was awesome! The condo has an incredible view of the water and my wife and I were able to see dolphins and other marine life. The amenity descriptions were accurate. The condo’s AC blew nice and cold and the shower water got very hot. There were a few minor hiccups upon arrival but the host communicated very well and we were able to get them handled. This place is very close to the beach and there’s a Doc Fords Rum Bar right next door that’s within walking distance and has a very nice outdoor patio overlooking the water. This was extremely convenient. My wife and I spent a lot of our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony of the condo watching the boats exit and enter the marina area. The view is incredible and extremely peaceful. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Jeremy’s home was absolutely beautiful, the space felt like home away from home! The home was stocked with everything you could need and more! The pictures match the home perfectly, everything went beyond my already good expectations!!!! The pool had easy access, the key code was easy to understand and get into the home. The house was stocked up with all wonderful household appliances & items. This was a wonderful stay for some peace and quiet!

We loved our stay! Beautiful area with a great view. Super easy access in and out and parking! Easy walk to the beach, especially with small children! We highly recommend and will stay again on our next trip!!!

This is an exceptional place - elegant, comfortable, well appointed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching boats and dolphins and sea birds and families in the pool below. Very thoughtful choices re furnishings and amenities - plenty of storage, comfy throws, well stocked kitchen. Michael was very responsive when there was an issue and went the extra mile to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

While the hallway and stairs create a bit of concern, once you enter the apt, one is overcome with relief the place is as beautiful and comfortable as the photos suggest. Jorge was always quick to respond and was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the beach! Aaron was responsive to our questions prior to arrival and was very accommodating to us! Great beach location and beautiful home. We used the beach chairs, coolers and plenty of towels provided! My kids enjoyed the welcome basket with chocolates! Thank you we will be back!
