David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

My family had such an amazing stay in Florence! This apartment is perfectly located and was excellent all around.

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

We had a great few days as a family of four here. The apartment is huge and extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk into the city walls. Would definitely recommend!

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Finding yourself in a "home," not in an environment made to be rented. And a house always has a soul, like its owner Leandro who welcomed us and also accompanied us in the history of this house. What can I say, this is the Airbnb we like. Strategic location in an area where you'll be spoiled for choice on what to visit.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

In the middle of a quiet residential area is the small modern building complex, in which the apartment, including a closed garage, is located by Daniela. The spacious rooms are stylishly and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is very well equipped. The wonderfully large terrace invites you to have breakfast, an aperitif or simply to chill out. The tram station to get downtown is a 5-minute walk away. In front of the front door is an organic shop and around the corner is a super delicious Pasticceria. Communication with Daniela was quick, easy, straightforward and super nice. We highly recommend Daniela's apartment.

Antonio’s place is great, it’s very comfortable and the view from the terrace is unbelievable.

A gem of an apartment, perfect for a long weekend. The apartment is compact but immaculately clean, bright and with a lovely terrace. It couldn’t be more centrally located and yet very quiet - a little oasis of calm. Alessandra was very easy to deal with and warm in her welcome. A definite recommendation.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.
