Loved my stay on Lygon st -easy walk to restaurants and cinema. Great access to the city with tram right out the front. Carolyn was lovely to deal with. Super clear instructions on check in and apartment itself is delightful. Beautifully decorated and cosy. Will stay again 😃

Clean tidy well appointed unit, very centra. Lot of stairs which would make it unsuitable for elderly and young children. But great place for anyone else

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the action, just off Chapel Street in Melbourne's most vibrant neighbourhood. Very convenient for tram routes to the city centre and Richmond. Very safe and secure. Excellent hostess.

We visited the property for my husband's 40th birthday and were blown away. The beautiful ranch is an animal lovers paradise. We saw kangaroos, bunnies and kookaburras before entering the farm. upon arrival were greeted by Audrey the dog who stayed with us the whole day as our guide. The barn cats were always up for cuddles day and night. The absolutely gorgeous property is a delight to walk around with horses and ponies galloping over inquisitively for a quick stroke. Needless to say were were saying hi to the horses through the day. Leanne and her team did an excellent job of preparing a lovely picnic for us and dinner. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the the logistics which were clean, warm and well maintained. The apartment was right next to the training arena, so wole up to see horses training. The biggest personality at the property was the cuckatoo who talks and dances if you day hi 😁. In the evening we had the spa to ourselves underneath the stars and it was soooo relaxing. We left with our hearts full. The ranch is very close to Emerald which has lovely cafes and excellent coffee at the stick and stones. I wish Avoca Park the best and hope they continue thriving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A terrific location if you like the hustle and bustle of Bridge Road Richmond. An easy commute into the CBD and surrounding shopping strips.

So much space! Truly a unique space in a great location. We enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s place. If you are over 60 (as we are) be forewarned: there are a lot of stairs and getting in and out of the shower is…interesting. But worth it!

This place is very arty and quirky. How is friendly and made us feel at ease. The linen is great quality cotton. House is cluttered but that didn’t bother us and I felt that it was very clean. It’s a shared arrangement with the host in case that isn’t understood, however the accommodation was separate and private. The location is super-central- so many clubs/cafes/restaurants and trams near by.

Jo was heaven sent. She really stepped in an saved the day The accommodation is amazing.

Erica’s apartment was stunning and extremely comfortable! It’s even more attractive than the photos show. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. We loved sitting in the armchairs on the first floor and taking in the floor to ceiling views of Melbourne in daytime and at night. The apartment is stocked with so many things one could need, like robes, pool towels and umbrellas. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. Great apartment!!!

Lovely apartment right in the center of the city. Just a five minute walk from ACMI and federation square. Felt very homely and surrounded by beautiful places. Lanie was such a kind and accomodating host, she’s quick to reply and has great recommendations. Highly recommend this place for anyone exploring the city!

Great location with secure parking. The free tram meant we didn't have to move the car once parked and could enjoy exploring the city easily. Lots of food options and great coffee within walking distance was a plus. The pool was a big hit with the kids and was a very pleasant space to relax. Rendy was available for any questions and was a premium host! The loft had plenty of space for everyone. Thanks Rendy, you provide a wonderful home away from home!

Absolutely loved staying at Dora’s place, it was a private oasis in a prime location, thank you for having me and I’ll be sure to stay again!

A spacious comfortable vibe is how I'd describe this loft, a very functional kitchen with all you need. The stay was low key and chilled exactly what I needed. I'd definitely stay here again

A comfortable and tasteful studio apartment. A unique experience. Very quiet and private. Very close to the beautiful beach and a major traffic thoroughfare. Has a small bathroom which people should be aware of. Host was very attentive even while on holiday in Europe. Great for one to two people. Does also have a single bed.

Very suitable for larger groups and the apartment was very nice. Stairs inside so heavy luggage Needs to be considered.
