Briody’s apartment was very clean. Nicely decorated. Loved the pool and gym. Excellent location being just behind Southbank. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Briody was quick to answer questions. We would be happy to stay here again

We loved our stay at beautiful Swan Bay Views. The apartment was such a welcoming space, beautifully styled and with every amenity that you could possibly want. We especially loved the indoor plants and comfy bed. The bikes were an added bonus. Glenys and Geoff were so helpful and wonderful hosts. We Wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

We had a great time staying at Marcus and Zahra’s beautiful apartment, super hosts, great location, lovely apartment with everything you could need. I highly recommend it for a family trip to Melbourne. We would definitely like to stay again!

The apartment was great and a very central city location with free trams close by, as well as an IGA for any food supplies. Everything was very clean with all necessary amenities supplied. A modern and very comfortable apartment offering great value for money. Host communicated well. Can recommend and would rebook to stay again on any future trips.

Very nice modern flat a short train ride from Melbourne city centre. The flat had everything we needed and was in an area surrounded by food and drink options.

Excellent apartment in great location. All very clean and appropriately decked out with kitchen utensils and bathroom. We could not click the numbers on the keysafe when we left and we would have enjoyed wifi, but overall it was a great apartment in a central but quiet location. Thank you to the owners. Lee

Alex was responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. The apartment is cosy, well kitted and has all the essentials you need. The area is nice and quiet and a very close walk to many amazing food precincts in Prahran.

Convient location in central South Yarra near the tram and train station. Great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and cinema nearby. Fortunately there was a good coffee shop right downstairs. Hosts stocked the apartment with all essential items needed for a comfortable and hassle free stay. View from the living room is definitely urban with many high rise buildings that surround the apartment.

A true home away from home… we thoroughly enjoyed our recent four week stay! The kitchen was well stocked, a comfortable bed and lounge area, spacious outdoor patio and very handy to the tram, amenities and CBD. The perfect place to stay.. this is our second time and we will be back. Thank you Rose and Terry!

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

I had an amazing stay at Marco’s place! I Couldn’t recommend highly enough. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail was incredible, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful little touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Check-in was smooth, and Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Thankyou for a lovely stay for our family of 4! From the comprehensive guidebook, through to all the small touches that made us feel well looked after, we enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed to prepare great meals, entertain our young twins and was quiet and secure. The location is easy for quickly getting into the city, great food options and supermarket nearby. It was exactly like the pictures, we couldn’t fault anything. Next time we would like to utilise the in-house library and pool!
