Vacation rentals with a balcony in South-East Melbourne

Thank you, we had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is perfect, quiet area, close to parks and the Yarra trail and close to trams and public transport to city and galleries. Highly recommendable place!

Really enjoyed our short stay at Wayne’s place! Check in instructions were clear, and easy to follow. Location was great, really near the train station and a short walk to the supermarket/places to eat. Particularly liked the assortment of games and personal touches in the apartment!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful unit at Docklands. The unit was setup with everything we needed and has great access to transport and shops. The host was very responsive to our enquiries and accomodating to our travel changes.

Gary’s place in Middle Park is clean, spacious, full of natural light, and very homey. It kind of transports you into feeling like a local. It’s nicely located a mere block from Middle Park Beach, and like 1 block from major public transport pick ups. You can easily head down to the beach and nicely stroll to St Kilda or catch public transport to CBD, etc. Gary provides a Miki card, which takes that extra step out of the way - very nice touch. And the recommendations he provides - the guide book they offer is as well put together and thought out for all kinds of travelers. It came in super handy. They even offer up bikes for use! The communication in advance was super thorough, making accessing the place, and getting ready to check out a breeze. The place itself is lovely, and if it wasn’t raining, would have taken more advantage of the patio with a nice view of the MLB skyline, and peek of the beach. All in all a great stay, great host, and highly, highly recommend. Perfect place.

We loved our 4 night stay at Hayley’s apartment! The apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable and exceptionally well positioned in the centre of Melbourne. I was able to comfortably work remotely for two days. Everything we needed was in the apartment, the washer and dryer were very handy! Theres one inconsiderate tenant in the building with a noisy dog. They are able to easily stop the dog barking if you tell them to 😉 Other tenants being noisy is absolutely not the hosts fault so I haven’t let this impact my review of this brilliant Airbnb! ☺️ We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was brilliant! Me and my partner were between places and Fletcher was so accommodating and helpful. Near by cafes are fantastic and it has great transport links to the CBD and surrounding areas. The Airbnb itself is worth every penny, it is homely and has great amenities. We loved our stay!

Very happy with our accommodation…suited our needs perfectly! Great that we could park the car and walk everywhere, or use public transport.

We had two fantastic nights here and got ready for our wedding day on this gorgeous property! It felt like we were in a mansion, with so many great rooms and a totally seperate “man cave” area in the downstairs section!! We will never forget our time here. Aside from the amount of steps, the place was great. We were also able to feed the birds. It can be a bit cold due to the timed heater for those who are more accustomed to a warmer weather during the cold season. It has a great private outdoor bbq area as well.

Cristopher was great to deal with, check in was super smooth, and when we had questions he was straight on to it. The place is amazing, clearly someone has put a lot of love into the place and it felt just like home. We will be back!

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

My friend and I just returned from a fantastic trip to Melbourne, and our stay at this Airbnb truly made our experience unforgettable! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a home away from home. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the breathtaking view! With countless hours on the balcony, soaking in the stunning skyline and vibrant cityscape. The Inside, the apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to whip up breakfast before heading out to explore. Our hosts were incredibly responsive with answer to my questions. The only concern which was out of the host control was the stench of the rubbish area which is being renovated that leaked in to the apartment. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Melbourne with an unbeatable view, look no further! We can’t wait to come back and make even more memories in this amazing spot. Highly recomme

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Sarah and Shaun were friendly and proactive hosts. Their place had everything we needed, and we also enjoyed the pool. The location was great. Because it is right across the station, it could get a bit nosy at night with some drunk people, but it got quiet by midnight. It's been a wonderful stay. Thanks, Sarah and Shaun.

We stayed at Sarah & Fiona’s place for three days. The place was nice and clean they left all the essentials needed. It’s accessible to shops and restaurants just at the door step. Perfect for a small group.

We booked this property due to attending a wedding at the Collingwood Children's Farm, which was extremely close by. The property is in great condition, the perfect size for two people. The building and surrounds are very quiet, very well located right next to the Yarra River and Trail, and very easy to find. James was very easy to communicate with and responsive/helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this property to others.

Great location with free tram just down the building. With the tram, the apartment felt like close to all the major attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient. Dylan was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Nothing negative, however some suggestions for Dylan... Consider having more saucepan, and glasses in the kitchen. Also please consider having a small fan in the smaller bedroom.
