Great space and location for our family. We appreciated the cot and high chair being provided for the baby. Check in was made easy with clear instructions and photos. Apartment was clean and had great views. Shu communicated well and was friendly.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s apartment in Docklands. It was clean, spacious, good value and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful waterfront balcony views, especially at night. The apartment is well positioned, just a short walk from supermarkets (Woolworths or IGA), shops, restaurants and Marvel Stadium. The nearby tram stops are within the free tram zone and we were able to quickly travel into the CBD and onwards to Albert Park to attend the Australian F1 Grand Prix. Check-in instructions were very straightforward and Anna was a great host with timely communication and she was always quick to respond to, and resolve, any queries or issues. Thanks Anna for your hospitality and we hope to stay at your place again in the future.

Sadia was a great host, easy to communicate with and very accomodating for us for the weekend of our wedding. Would stay again :)

Great view and location for a relaxing stay

This property was stunning, the photos don't do this justice. Incredibly spacious with 9 adults and 2 babies under 2 and still had beds for more. We did not feel cramped or on top of each other at all. The kitchen was stocked with every piece of cooking equipment needed, including nice glassware (IYKYK). The communication with hosts was outstanding. We look forward to returning.

Great place, perfect for the kids and a beautiful view for the parents to kick back and relax!

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!

We had a great short stay at Waterfront House. The house enjoys a wonderful position opposite vegetated dunes and the beach (swimming not recommended, but the walks at low tide on wide swathes of firm sand are delightful). It was very peaceful when we were there. The house is ideally suited to family and friendship groups, with its generous bedrooms and living spaces and well-equipped kitchen, and the sea views and starry skies are beautiful. Though not lavish, this house is certainly very comfortable and spacious, providing good amenities for a relaxing holiday.

The house was striking, with stunning decor and comfortable furniture, and it was comprehensively equipped. The 180 degree view over Port Philip Bay was a memorable backdrop for our dining, The central lift helped the older guests with creaking knees. Alex was very helpful in the lead-up, but her help was not needed during our stay, because of the extensive notes she provided. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by our entire family group, which ranged in age from 4 to 80. Thank you, Alex.

Such a perfect little apartment! It made us want to stay longer. So many beautiful little touches to the place that you just don’t find anywhere else. It was quiet, peaceful and easy to get around the city from where it is located. The host was friendly and made everything easier and even let us know when the room was ready so we could check in early! We will be back! Genuinely the nicest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in ❤️

Everything was in walking distance, great coffee across the street (Bito), lots of restaurants in Bourke street, bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed plus more. Dfo south wharf just 10min drive Definitely staying next time we stay in the city

Good place, nice view , near city (15 minutes walk in) . The place very clean, cozy, and homey. I love this place 🩷. Will come back to stay in this place again when travel to melb! Very recommended!

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Simon is an excellent host. His communication skills are first-class. The apartment was as described, clean and with lots of extras. Simon had thought of everything. Tea, coffee, apples in the fridge. In the bathrooms all the extras included deodorant, disposable toothbrushes, and toothpaste, shampoos and conditioners. The apartment is kid-friendly and don't forget the complex comes with parking, a gym and a pool. Thanks for making it a pleasurable stay Simon. I recommend this apartment and host if your looking to stay in Melbourne.

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

Lovely spacious contemporary apartment with easy access to CBD via the free tram which was only 2 minutes walk away. There were a few local restaurants within easy walk distance. My husband and I slept in the smaller bedroom as the traffic noise was less there & the bed more comfortable. No noise was heard from other apartments. We slept well there.

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
