Tommy‘s cabin is an extraordinary place and allowed us to enjoy Norway to the fullest: from swimming and catching cod in the fjord with the boat and sauna sessions to incredible hikes. We had an amazing time and hope to be back some day!

The place is nice to have relaxing time, everything you need is around, you can get it from downtown just few minutes of drive, there is halal restaurants

What and amazing stay we had at Oddvar chalet ! The place is quiet and beautifull on the top of a hill with à amazing view on the montains and Fjord ! THe Jacuzzi and Sauna is a must have after big journey is this beautiful région of Norway !

Beautiful location, very cozy cabin. Because the cabin is often used privately, there are all possible kitchen appliances. The hottub didn't have any bubbles, but you don't really need them. It was very warm and we enjoyed it during the cold weather. You don't need to wash any bed linens as mentioned in some older reviews. Generally a great place to stay!

Just visit Dag's Wood cabin and enjoy life/Nature/the best view. Great man who has seen a lot and likes to share his way of living. Huge chance that I will come back to this place

We had a wonderful time in Norway and especially in Theresa’s cabin. Everything from the arrival to the departure was clear and simple. Theresa was very polite and helped us in every way when we had questions. We really recommande her ! If you want to disconnect from everything and be connected to nature, we recommend you this place. I was allowed to stay in the cabin for 6 nights, along with my dog. The bed slept wonderfully and the atmosphere in the cabin is cozy and warm. In the area you can enjoy hiking, which I have also done a lot.

The home is absolutely gorgeous. The surroundings are incomparable. The cottage is secluded from others but only a few kilometers from a small shop where everything you need is located. It has everything you could need. A perfect paradise to get close to nature. Hiking trails and activities are plentiful for those who like it. For those who just want to take it easy, it's just as perfect. 10/10. Roger always responded super fast and extremely generous. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommend renting the cabin!

This is an absolute find! The place is spacious, clean, with every amenity and great beds. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, the living room is very cozy and comfortable and has a fantastic panorama view of the lake and the mountains. We went randonneing on Tyinstølnøset and Galden, the ascent starts literally just across the road and the views are glorious. On top of all that, you could not ask for better hosts than Michelle and her crew. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable (they doubled as our private taxi company when our car broke down at Tyinkrysset!), the food and drink in the cafeteria is gorgeus, the common bathrooms and showers are spotless and we had a great time at the music bingo night and morning yoga session! Thank you so much for your hospitality, and we will definitely be back!

The cabin is wonderful, we felt right at home. Super cozy and well thought through. The perfect escape from the stressful life - peaceful and quiet, beautiful hikes right outside the door. Torstein is am exceptional host, friendly, communicative, super helpful and kind. One of our favorite stays ever, would come back anytime.

The place was immaculate, tidy kitchen and bathroom. Jorn was super responsive and gave us some great recommendations for Bergen - would happily stay here again :)

We stayed at this place with our family with 3 children for 4 nights. We were immediately impressed by the fantastic view and the very cozy house. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are fine, the living room is very cozy. The first day we took a nice walk to the opposite mountain and met a flock of sheep there. The days after it rained a lot, but we had plenty of books and board games with us. Even in rainy weather, the view never gets bored. The instructions to get to the house are very clear, as well as to switch on gas and electricity. No downsides! Highly recommended!

Accommodation in a unique location with fantastic views of mountains and fjord

Åge s place was perfect for our 3 night-stay. The location is awesome, far from everything and surrounded by beautiful nature. It has all you need there and the solar powered battery was more than enough for our stay. We can highly recommend this place. Åge responded fast and helpful.

What a place and an experience! 😍 Charming and simple, really with room to relax and take a break from the world! Here you will find everything you need, few people, a nice host and just outside you have both fjord, mountains and almost flat asphalt for hiking in quiet surroundings! I was skeptical about the train right next to it, but it quickly became part of the charm and I sat waiting for it. Can 😅 definitely be recommended!

We stayed a few days in Anita's cozy cabin - we enjoyed the view, communicatoin with Anita was very good, we would love to come back.
