Condo vacation rentals in Smyrna

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would 100% choose it again if we come back into town.

We needed a place to stay last minute due to traveling for work. We decided to get an Airbnb and take a break from old hotels. We were able to book late at night before the cutoff. Everything is beautiful and very cozy. And lots of beds for the work crew to have one to themselves! Definitely will Be booking again if we are in the area. Oh and super affordable!

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything easy. The space had all the essentials I needed and made for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and responsive communication throughout.

LeGenna was an awesome host offering a 5 star Airbnb stay. Her place was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 8, offering privacy for all of us! We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge area, and her place was super clean, beds were comfortable, linen was soft, and the kitchen was fabulous! The place was close to the airport, making our arrival and departure very easy! When we arrived it was easy to get in with the keypad and the place was spotless. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We felt like it was in the perfect central location for everything that we did while we were there. Broadway, Nashville Zoo, First Horizon Park, Opry Mills. While there, the WiFi wasn’t working great, and the service of our phones weren’t working either, making the ordering from Instacart and our Lyft a struggle, but we made it work! Chris and Lindsey are such great hosts, and if we ever come back, I would book this place again!

Amazing stay and spacious studio! Place was super clean . So close to Broadway and other attractions which was great. Quite complex as well, 10/10!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to walk or use the scooters but far enough away we didn’t hear downtown traffic and parties. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony.

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

Stacie's home was exactly as described. clean, comfortable and convenient. 15 min walk to Broadway. Even though the fire station was next door, we didn't have any issues with noise. if your looking to park in the gates probably won't happen. however there is plenty of free parking just outside the gate which we did and had no issues. we would use her place when come to Nashville next time.

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

This Airbnb is a great location in Nashville! We were able to walk to many places and restaurants. Plus, there’s a grocery store and a liquor store less than a 5 minute walk away. The place was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Since the apartments are old, you can definitely hear the upstairs people walking around, but other than that, this place was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay in Nashville! :)

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

We stayed here for CMA fest and found it to be very convenient! One mile to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Walkable but plenty of scooters nearby and cheap Ubers. The space was exactly as pictured and a great place to have for a few nights!

Such a great place to stay with lot to do around. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean for us when we got there and was easy to check in and out. I would recommend this place to people wanting to stay in Nashville.

Maria was very responsive. i had an issue with key code on door the second day. She had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. They stay felt very safe. The only issue which is much you can control. You can hear people walking upstairs. It may be an issue for light sleepers. just be prepaired. They weren't excessively loud or a party. The floor just seems to be loud for people below.

Great place to stay. 20 min walk to downtown, but didn’t feel like it. We enjoyed the balcony and saw a good amount of wild life!
