Monthly Rentals in Sloans Lake

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

Bret is an excellent host. Outgoing and friendly, he is always responsive. During Covid he constructed a brand new building behind his home just south of Sloan’s lake. The space is perfect for two and manageable for 3-4.

Vance is the most accommodating host you could ask for. My husband and I needed a place to stay for a few months with our two girls and a son due before moving states. Vance was extremely responsive at all times of day and helped us anywhere he could. He made the rental as comfortable as possible and really helped us in anyway he could to make sure we were comfortable, we are forever grateful to have had such a nice experience and will recommend this place to everyone we know and will stay here when we visit! Thanks again !!

This was the perfect place for our family (2 adults + 5 yr old and 3 yr old) to stay while in Denver. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being near Sloan's Lake and only a short drive to downtown. The unit was very clean and host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
