Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Country A-frame

Country A-frame near Ponca State Park on 4.5 acres of country setting. Featuring a 4-5 person hot tub as of May, 2025. Sit in the hot tub and enjoy the Nebraska sunset and stars. A frame cabin completed in 2024. Full bedroom, sleeps 2 on a queen size bed. Loft features 2 twin beds.. Kitchen with small fridge, hot plate, microwave, dishes supplied. Firepit. Parking for RV's and boats available. Enjoy scenic countryside views from front deck.

The Lake-less Lakehouse

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Soak away your worries in our extra deep, luxury bathtub. Watch a movie on the 65" smart TV with the family. The local gas station/convience store, a restaurant, and a few local bars that also serve food are only few blocks away. Located on the edge of town, which means hardly any noise. Almost perfectly placed halfway between Omaha and Sioux City, and only 2 miles away from I29.

Tiny Home in Sioux City

This cute Tiny Home is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It sits across the street from the Briar Cliff University baseball field. It has been completely remodeled with everything new and updated inside and out. The 400 square foot, open concept, is divided into a full kitchen, comfortable living room, queen size bedroom and large bathroom with full tub/shower and washer/dryer.

This Air B&B offers the perfect get-away stay from the rush and stresses of life. Located on a historic golf course (Sioux Golf & Country Club) that was established in 1888. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sports a spacious living area including an 800 square foot deck that overlooks the golf course. Relax with the whole family, enjoy the fireplace in the winter, and the golf course views throughout the year.
