Monthly Rentals in Simpsonville

The house was clean and updated with a big backyard. The only issue was the house numbers on the mailbox are dirty so it is hard to see them.

I really enjoyed my stay at Marisa's. she was easy to connect with especially since I had to check in early due to a wedding rehearsal. I was very happy to find that the bnb was well stocked with all the items you may need for your stay. although we were gone durring the day I found the options in the area for coffee/food easily accessible to walk to durring the day. If you're looking for a nice quiet and comfortable place to stay I would recommend staying at Marisa's.

Nice place! It feels really private, yet is very close to several restaurants and activities.

I had a wonderful first stay here and loved everything about it. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the peace and quiet. Thank you Terrie and Dan for all that you do to make it so inviting for your guests. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!
