Apartment matching the photos, clean, tidy, with everything you need. Recently renovated, practically new and with large spaces. Very close to the beach and all amenities. Anlina is a very kind host, you can see that he does it with passion, he is always available and makes you feel comfortable. Super positive experience. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic place! We were 5 people and had plenty of space in the rooms and common spaces. Beautiful apartment with AC and all comforts. The host was very welcoming and available at any time!

We (2 people) stayed in La Casa di Giò 2 weeks in july 2024 The apartment is fantastically bright, spacious and extremely well maintained. We parked right outside the apartment every day. The hosts Licia and Mauro were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back. Lissy and Bjorn

Very beautiful place, spacious, great for family, great location, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, Paolo the host was helpful, and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

I chose this apartment to have my parents and my aunts stay and they really enjoyed it! Spaces are well organized and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient. Impeccable cleanliness and equipped with everything you need. Francesca was very helpful! Thank you. Highly recommended!

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and even more! Reserved parking space in front of the entrance. A nice view from the terraces of the living room and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The historic center is beautiful during the day, charming at night. You can quickly reach the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena etc.) but also the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady responds to messages immediately

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Simple, uncomplicated handover of the key. Claudio responded reliably and quickly. Very nice reception and everything you need was available. The apartment was also kept very clean! We were very impressed by the friendliness of the owners and the beautiful apartment. We were provided with directions and were able to ask the hosts any questions, so very helpful. As I said, we were very enthusiastic and can only recommend the accommodation! :)

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

We had a nice time at Adriano's apartment, a warm welcome at the fence. A folder with all kinds of information was already ready. Every question was always answered quickly and I really felt in my place. Thanks to Adriano and his wife, we were able to experience the procession of Good Friday in Chieti, highly recommended. The tip to eat fish at restaurant Franco was also very welcome, we ate deliciously. The seat in front of the door is a blissful place to have breakfast or just recover from a long walk.

A modern and very clean apartment with all the conveniences, quiet neighbourhood, great views from the terrace, easy parking, very helpful attendant and located about 10 min drive from a nice beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for those looking for an active holiday combined with some work.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Great apartment and a lot to do in the neighborhood, from beach to mountains and hikes. We were there mid September, at the end of the holiday season. So, it was quiet, sometimes a bit too quiet.

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!

We had a very lovely accommodation, Marco was always reachable, friendly and easy to communicate with ! Everything was clear and easy to handle, would definitely go back there if i visited Pescara !
