The place was very nicely located, right on the beach, unfortunately we had a lot of seagrass but this is simply weather-related. The place was equipped with lots of what you need, especially olive oil! Super tasty 😍 the apartment is pleasantly large, just service with kitchen and bathroom, he gave us good instructions for the garbage and everything we need for it. Maurizio is very nice, responds super quickly and is helpful and provided everything we needed. The fact that some things could be improved was the bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The mattress as well as a few items such as "shower curtain" could be renewed, the blankets to cover we washed again, and the cuddly blankets had some unpleasant smell. But otherwise everything was to our satisfaction! Value = Good

We had a lovely time in the Chiara's cottage. The apartment is at the heart of Paulilatino which is perfect for diving into local Sardinian culture. The little town has everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets... It was a great place for us to discover the western part of the island. Chiara gave us a warm welcome and all the tips and information we needed to navigate the surroundings and the cottage.. She also dropped homemade delicious cookies which was wonderful surprise after busy day. The cottage is very cozy and has everything you need for cooking. The heating system kept us warm during the few cold nights that we had! Definitely nice and warm stay during winter months for sure. Long story short it was pretty much the best stay we had in over 10 years Airbnb experience. Thank you so much Chiara

Perfect stay from A to Z, starting with the availability of the hosts, super friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest. The directions received made it easy to get to the house and to access it for the first time independently and without problems. Upon arrival the house was in perfect condition, in addition to the excellent taste in the furnishings, the order and cleanliness were impeccable. The house is equipped with all the amenities and comforts indicated, and this allowed us to stay in a serene and carefree way. The final treat was the useful mini-guide for those who are not from the area and want to explore the territory. Chiara and Ivan did a great job, it is definitely a place to recommend for stays in Oristano to avoid the traffic and parking problems of the city as it is located in a quiet hamlet but still close to the center. It will definitely be the place I choose for future stays in the area.
