A five-minute walk will be enough to reach all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. In 20-25 minutes by car (or bus) you will arrive at the famous beaches of Sinis, such as Is Arutas or San Giovanni. The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator.

Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
