Great mountain house! House was clean and had everything we needed. The host sent us local recommendations and checkin/out was easy!

This was an amazing and beautiful cabin! The cabin was very spacious and was perfect for what we needed. Owners were very proactive and responsive and communicative. I appreciated that there were no surprises and if anything came up, they would be able to respond in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Aaron's house was a cozy retreat. I stayed with my husband and our 4yo and 2yo and everyone was comfortable. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed eating dinners on the screened in porch and on the patio and loved being able to see the woods from our bed.

The chalet was a perfect home base for our stay in the valley over a birthday weekend. Derek gave us clear instructions ahead of time, we had no trouble getting in. We were able to just crash and watch TV the first night in front of the electric fireplace. Second night we hit the hot tub which we needed after a long hike. We found good restaurants in Front Royal and Luray (Osteria Maria, Chop House Bistro) and for coffee in the morning Broad Porch. Check out was also easy, we just needed to strip the beds and take out the trash. And of course we loved being able to bring our doggo. My fiancee had previously been hosted by Derek and we would definitely stay here again.

The place is even more beautiful than I could have imagined! There was a crackling fire when we came in, there’s such a personal touch throughout the house and the surrounding nature is picturesque. One of the favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Our whole party raved about it.

This was an awesome stay! The one thing I’d note is to be aware that when you book it’s in a wooded area. We had a run in with a harmless snake that got in the house, but were able to take care of it pretty quickly. There were also some hornets that got in the house. Just be aware that you’re in nature. This rustic, cozy cabin was the perfect spot for an impromptu weekend in the mountains for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt. It was cold outside but heating worked well! So appreciated the little conveniences provided, like dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels & clear, easy checkout instructions. Great location in easy drive to Davis main street and skiing. Laura was a super responsive host. Would def return!

As long as Lynne’s place is free, this is the only place we’ll book in Richmond when we need it! It is so charming, so well-stocked, so comfortable, and the front porch and back deck/garden were places I just wanted to sit all day! Lynne was so communicative and helpful! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Had a great stay at Hunter's place. We went with our family of four (kids 8 and 6) and some good friends, also a family of four (kids 8 and 6). The place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, lovely living room, big bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. You feel right at home when you walk in, directions were clear, Hunter was very responsive, and Hunter and Sara provide some great local recommendations of their favorite things around town. Good value and I would definitely stay again!

This was among the best AirBnBs we’ve experienced. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of effort, care, and money into the design, amenities, and little touches. Not only is it beautiful, but there are also so many thoughtful touches that make it very comfortable. The views from the deck and living area are beautiful. Location is great for Shenandoah National Park, Luray, hikes, breweries, wineries, etc. Hosts were very responsive and seemed to genuinely want us to have a good stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Cute little cabin with a HUGE deck, large soaking tub, and wonderful natural light. The kitchen has everything you need, the fire pit is great, and the home has a comfy feel. We really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts are wonderful and the communication was exceptional! We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we stay here, and we absolutely love it! It’s perfectly and conveniently located near a gas station and a small market that has everything you may need. It’s a short drive to devils backbone and all the rest of the breweries, and in the center of nature with lots of trees around. We will definitely continue to have this place in our favorites so we can stay here again. Thank you again for hosting us.

This is our second time staying at this property. Everything was great and went smoothly! The only thing I would say was difficult was arriving at night time and having difficulty typing in the keycode because the porch light was off. Otherwise, great place, great location and fast communication!

Very private location. The house was a nice cabin with spectacular views and comfortable furnishings. Very spotty Verizon cell service, but wifi worked very well for calling and internet. Would recommend for a private get-away.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience!
