We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

On the 2nd floor of our duplex with a private entrance and deck via exterior stairs. Truly unique property with fenced in yard space and 3 season cabin. We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.
